Not a good experience.
Pros:

The pool area and the access to the beach is great, the access is full of plants and trees which makes the noise of the main street not be a problem at all. The AC works great and we haven't tried the restaurant but they have a nice menu.

Cons:

At first our room had water on the floor (I guess it is because the tiny fridge can be noisy and probably someone disconnected it) many black hairs on the floor, around 6 or 7 but we did not want to bother so we did not ask for an extra cleaning.

There are loose tiles, so when you walk in the room, they make noise.

The bathroom had a shower that worked perfectly but since it was not well isolated the floor remained absolutely wet in all our stay.

The door to our bathroom wouldn't close, and the bathroom window, which faces a hallway that can be noisy, was broken. We had to ask the staff for assistance many times, and each time they didn't know anything about it, always surprised.

We asked to change rooms because having to ask my partner to leave the room so I could use the bathroom every time I needed to go was extremely annoying. The response? That we should wait another day for maintenance or pay extra for an upgrade to another room.

The next day we heard that maintenance had been there, but they never told us anything else. What was the last straw and made us want to leave was finding that all the pillows had black mold, which is harmful to health and caused me respiratory problems since I have allergies.

We decided to look for another place and fortunately they refunded us for the nights we didn't stay there, which I must point out. But constantly asking the staff for basic things and them never knowing how to take care of them overwhelmed our stay in Siargao.

This place is not a resort and is far from it. Cleanliness is poor and the rooms lack maintenance.

El acceso al jardin

Cons:

La habitación solo tenía 2 enchufes de pared. La nevera no se podía conectar. Mucha humedad en la habitación y baño muy pequeño.
El jardín tenía animales (sapo y rata)

Pros:

La piscine, très bon emplacement, belle vue, lit confortable. L’hôtel nous a réservé des scooters.

Cons:

Incompréhension sur certains points avec le personnel: ils nous ont booké un tour qu’ils ont changé au dernier moment sans nous avertir. À la fin on a pu trouver une solution.

Pros:

Great pool, lovely restaurant, great location next to the beach and near the busy areas but slightly set apart, so it was really peaceful. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
