Great location and comfortable and clean stay, but cold showered
Pros:

Was very central to UPLB and the rest of the town, great location.
Staff was very nice and accommodating and always helped with everything.
Very large bed and was comfortable along with a good aircon in the room.

Cons:

Hot water heater for shower did not work so only had cold showers.
There was a weird odour in the room if the air con was not turned on.
Was a bit too expensive but was the best location in Los Baños

Location near LBDH, otherwise I would choose another place to stay

Pros:

Big room, 2 beds: 1 queen (king?) and 1 twin, separate toilet and bath, bath robes, slippers. SM Hypermart and Cafe Ella downstairs.

Cons:

Corridors need to be cleaned esp as they're exposed to the outdoors.

Pros:

Great room space for a family of 4
Ample parking space
Near grocery area and food stalls
Hotel staff are helpful and very accommodating

Cons:

Cable TV was down during our stay
Not enough food options available without the hotel
Room is a bit dated but still comfy
