Not worth the hassle
Pros:

El lugar es viejo, no es limpio, la zona esta fuera de lo céntrico. Y la entrada al lugar de noche es muy molesto.

Pros:

It's an ideal apartment for a couple, with a kitchen and living/dining room with everything you need for several days in Hanoi.

Cons:

The only downside is that it's not very close to the tourist spots, so we walked or took public transport to get there, but that way we were able to see another version of Hanoi, a more local one.

Nicht zumutbar.
Das Hotel braucht Renovierung.
Es kommt ständig unerträglicher Gestank aus dem Bad, ich denke aus der Kanalisation. Aufenthalt im Zimmer kaum möglich wegen dem Gestank.
Die Farbe fällt von den Wänden.
Das Fenster schlechte Qualität, so dass man wegen dem Straßenlärm ab 6 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen kann.

Appartement complet dans une rue vivante
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Vue sur le fleuve. Grande cuisine et salon. Rue vivante avec tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin (gâteaux, cafés, supérettes, légumes, pharmacie...)

Cons:

Cuisine pas assez équipée. Le gardien ne parle pas du tout anglais (prévoyez google trad)
