Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

We had our own room in an apartment with a shared bathroom. It was spacious and clean. The Receptionist was always nice. The Winmart right downstairs was really convenient.

Cons:

A lot of construction work in the street that sometimes made it difficult to find alternative routes but that wasnt the hotels fault.

Pros:

La chambre est grande et équipée, la clim marche.
L'emplacement dans la ville est bon, c'est pas loin de beaucoup de lieux touristiques, sans être dans la frénésie de l'hypercentre.
Accès à cuisine partagée pour utiliser frigo et bouilloire. Possibilité d'utiliser une machine à laver aussi
Supérette et pharmacie à 2 pas

Cons:

Salle de bain vétuste, toilettes cassées, douche pas ou peu chaude.
Matelas trop ferme, et un seul coussin/pers.
Rideau pas totalement occultant (beaucoup de lumière le matin)
La rue reste bruyante avec beaucoup de passage et de travaux autour.
Aucun changement de drap, de serviette ni nettoyage de la chambre fait pendant nos 4j sur place.

Le lit est confortable et tout est fonctionnel

Cons:

Le bâtiment est situé dans une rue où tout les autres bâtiments sont effondrés, la chambre est situé dans un appartement d’une famille ce qui est particulier… De plus la chambre et le mobilier sont ancien et usé.

Pros:

It's an ideal apartment for a couple, with a kitchen and living/dining room with everything you need for several days in Hanoi.

Cons:

The only downside is that it's not very close to the tourist spots, so we walked or took public transport to get there, but that way we were able to see another version of Hanoi, a more local one.

На этаже есть кухня, диван, вешалка для сушки белья.Теплый душ. Лифт. Чисто.
