Chambre sommaire mais confortable et assez vaste.
Personnel très peu accueillant et impliqué. Peu d'explications, très distant pour ne pas dire plus.
Quant au petit-déj, c'est un gag. en fait, une boîte repas en carton sur une chaise devant la porte avec un thermos de café au lait...alors que j'avais commandé du thé. Pas de sucre dans l'hôtel !!! Quant à la boîte en carton, du riz froid, 2 bouts d'omelette qui se battent en duel et 2 petits poissons séchés tellement salés qu'immangeables :(:(:(:

My stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was met with cold, expressionless staff — not exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for. I had an early flight the next day and asked if I could get help with airport service around 5:00 AM, but was simply told, “there are many tricycles around,” with no offer of assistance or consideration.
When I inquired about how to get to Paoay and Batac, the only advice given was to commute — again, with no additional options or helpful suggestions.
The room itself was spacious but lacked essential amenities: no hangers in the closet, a basic plastic monobloc chair instead of a proper seat, the blanket was too thin, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work during my entire stay.
Overall, the service felt indifferent and unaccommodating, and the room lacked attention to detail. I hope improvements are made, especially in hospitality and guest support.

The gave taxi number for very early morning trip to the airport. Appreciate that. Shower has good pressure of water. Wifi worked well!
Toilet flash wasn’t good, toilet a bit dirty, floor not really clean. In general Laoag city is not nice at all, but just have an airport…

The staff was very attentive and cordial.
My only complaint was that sometimes the toilet didn't flush properly or didn't flush at all. Sometimes I had to wait for a couple of hours before I could flush again.

Hotel Lourdes offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, featuring local dishes that added a nice touch to the experience. Its location is convenient, close to key attractions in Laoag City and easily accessible.
The facilities are a bit dated, and some areas, like the bathrooms and common spaces, could benefit from a bit of updating to make the stay more comfortable. While everything was functional, a few minor renovations could really elevate the experience. Additionally, the parking space is somewhat limited, which may pose a challenge during peak hours or busy seasons, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle.
The location was good (except the road was dark).
We wanted to follow booking.com policy and cancel the booking - we were happy to pay cancellation fee, but the hotel didn’t follow policy and they charged us 2 days anyway.

Very good location, walking distance to fast food chains, night markets, pharmacy and supermarket. Good working AC, perfect for a hot day, facilities is clean. Room cleans are at request. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We got excellent service. Breakfast provided is okay with hot thermos for your tea or coffee. If you are renting a car like we did, 7 Seater (family of 7), just be mindful alleys and roads are very narrow and often one way. There is parking for guest but limited. Fortunate for us it was off peak.
The bed is very hard for my liking. Woke up sore and pillows a flat. Drainage in the sink is very slow. Slight odor coming from the bathroom (smells of canal) from time to time. Not sure if this was to do with the recent flood.
