Comfortable stay
Pros:

have hair dryer, thick blanket, tissues and towel were provided, smooth check in and check out, have free water, with netflix and wifi
nice view from the balcony

Cons:

the battery of the pump to the water emptied during our first night so we haven't really got to enjoy the free water. but not of a big deal since opposite to the place is SM

The location, as I needed to go straight to north bus station, it's 10 minutes walk

Cons:

No towels, no soap, lockers everywhere, not comfy at all, a lot of stuff you don't need, and no stuff you really need

The unit needs to be upgraded.
Pros:

The location is very strategic and walking distance to SM, jeepney and bus terminals

Cons:

There is very few cable channels. TV is not smart TV and bad reception. The unit looks outdated.

Everything is fine but BE CAREFUL because they are quick to charge damage immediately and would make sure they would get
Pros:

Checkin was smooth and the room itself was comfortable.

Cons:

I broke one glass in the property and the owner overcharged me for more than what it’s worth. Paid 200 pesos/ approximately 3-4euros for the one broken glass.

Loved it!
Pros:

The location is perfect, right in front of SM Cebu City. A good 30min ride from the airport depending on the traffic condition. The check in was hassle free with the building staff, no need to meet the host. I like the liberty and trust the host gives its guest. I normally hate hassles in checkin in where you have to contact the host or caretaker and wait until they come and fetch you.lol. The place was clean. AC was cold and Wifi was fast. The bed was comfy too. Wanted to rebook again after my Bantayan trip but it was booked. Till next time!

Good location, The owner has hair dryer!！

There is a balcony available for drying clothes. Near mail

Cons:

The air conditioner has been unable to operate properly all along. Upon careful inspection, it was discovered that the room card slot has a specific orientation, and when inserted incorrectly, it causes continuous power outages. Additionally, there's a strong unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. (Owners, maybe try using Dettol Antiseptic Germicide.)
