L'emplacement un peu en retrait du centre et à 400 mètres de Sugar Beach.
Chambre à 2 lits 140 minimaliste mais fonctionnelle
Sanitaires propre, eau chaude mais odeur particulière de l'eau
Balcon permettant de faire sécher du linge.
Possibilité de massage en chambre, masseuse très professionnelle

Cons:

Mauvaise qualité d'insonorisation interne ( couloir) et externe.
Ménage fait que sur demande
Odeur particulière de l'eau de la douche

Excellent place to stay in Bantayan
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are huge and spacious. Very clean bathrooms and decent water pressure. They arrange free pickup from Santa Fe port on arrival and very economical transport while checking out. Can easily rent good motorbikes through them without any headache. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

It would be good if they provide shampoo and conditioner in refillable bottles instead of sachets

Nothing to like except the free complementary drinking water.

Cons:

The staff do only sleep, play mobile games or watch videos the entire day. No service is provided unless you mentioned that the common staircase needs cleaning etc. The staff/security guard is sleeping through the entire night, meaning anyone can enter the premises at any time.

The beds and the rooms are quite good except the bathroom, where it's super dirty. The exhaust fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. The showers have very very limited pressure, but worst of all the shower water and the tap water in the sink smells like it is coming straight from the sewer. Luckily the smell does not seem to remain on the skin after drying.

I would also like to mention that there are additional costs not mentioned when booking. For example if you want to use the shared kitchen as advertised when booking each room, an additional charge of 50 php is added per room and per meal. The shared kitchen is only maintained by the guests and is therfore very dirty and it's hard to find clean plates and utensils.

Additionally, some toilets are broken and can't be flushed. At least one of the air-conditioners were more or less permanently broken and would just produce dripping water on the floor due to condensation. When the staff was informed, they would just put a rug on the floor and leave the room with out actual repairing the aircon.


Lastly I would like to warn against renting any type of motorbikes, tricycles or scooters via the hotel, since they will force you to pay for already existing damages. In out case we were threatened to be killed if we didn't buy brand new tires and rims when we got a flat tire, instead of repairing the rubber. The police was later involved and escorted us safely out of the Island in the middle of the night. The price may seem like a good deal, but I would never ever book this hotel again.

Good room, bad water

Smelly bathroom, stinky water, no sufficient bath towel upon request. Extra charges upon any request. Common refrigerator and kitchen for whole hotel.

Did not enjoy our stay.
Pros:

the location is in the center of all of our trips in Bantayan. The room is very spacious.

Cons:

The water that they use is deep well. It gives off a smell when we use water and its unpleasant.
