早餐还不错
公共拖鞋不太卫生，我们穿完之后脚很痒，然后每次进屋需要换鞋特别麻烦，希望可以改进。然后刚入住的时候，我们提了 2 个行李箱，特别重，对于提行李箱的不太友好，需要抬到二楼，希望有男士负责抬行李。
入住第一天说有欢迎茶水，我们说我们要出去，晚点再喝，但是晚点好像也没和我们说。然后我们在一楼说要点菜单需要看菜单，等了半天菜单也没给我们，还是我们自己去问才有，体验有点糟糕，不要被小红书上忽悠来订这里。
位置来说不算很好，有点偏，打车要花的钱不太合算，总体我觉得不太推荐。我们订的 55 美金一晚上，这个价格再加一点都可以住安娜酒店了，服务环境要比这个好很多。
Tastefully designed and love their hearty breakfast
The atmosphere, lovely breakfast
Our stay at this property was very disappointing. The staff were consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, which affected our whole experience.
The room had a password lock, but we couldn’t access it despite many attempts. When we asked for help, the staff refused to come up and kept telling us to “try again.” They only came after we went downstairs to insist, and then discovered the lock’s battery was dead. They replaced it without any explanation or apology, and their attitude stayed unhelpful.
During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we were also told one morning that the hotel had no electricity. When we requested hot water, the staff told us to use the leftover water from the previous day and offered no alternative. The water wasn’t enough, and with the cold weather, this made our stay very uncomfortable.
This property is priced higher than others in the area, so we expected better service. The staff clearly need more training — we came to relax, not to deal with unpleasant attitudes.
The breakfast was great, the staffs were very very friendly. My baby girl enjoyed very much, she played around at the garden every morning.

The hotel feels so cozy, just like a countryside retreat. The beautiful garden creates a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Check-in and service was a little frantic and spotty, but when we chatted with the staff, they were all very nice. They even gave us avocados on the way out.
They only give two pillows and one small blanket. That said we asked for another blanket and two more pillows and they gave them to us, but really they should be included.
I wish they would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the shower. Quite dirty. But there was very little hot water for the shower so you aren’t in there long. Bath towels are super tiny.
There is no stated no durian policy and this was a problem at breakfast with one of the guests. Second day of breakfast, the guest walked in with the durian and so we had to intervene to try and save our noses.
The walls are very thin and so it is not a quiet environment and you can hear other guests and their showers.
overall, an OK day, but definitely things to improve .

Everything was perfect
Where do I even begin, it was such a perfect place, so beautiful and comforting. The scenery was great. Even though it was raining, the atmosphere was calming. The staff, Alice, Gin, and Ley were so sweet and helpful. The food was good, the room was clean. I ordered a rosemary lemon tea and Alice went to the garden to cut rosemary. It can't get any fresher. I can't wait to go back.

It’s a must stay in Da lat! Owner is very helpful and staff is amazing! We loved it here and it was as staying at home! Center is really close (u can rent a motorbike with them). 100% recommend it!
