This was the worst hotel I stayed in within my time in Thailand. From the time we arrived the staff wasn’t so welcoming.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The whole resort needs a full refurbishment, I would not class this hotel as 5 stars definitely 3 star with all the rust and limescale! The pictures online made it look nicer than what it actually was!

Beautiful resort with great facilities, but the cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

The resort has a beautiful design and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is stunning, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff were friendly, and overall the property looked great.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. It did not meet the standard I expected for a resort of this level. Everything looked nice, but the room could have been cleaned much better.
