Pros:

The facility is old, a/c was OK but hard to manage the design temperature. Staff is nice and friendly, help call Grab as requested.

Great location, helpful staff
Pros:

All the young male and female staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Grateful for the early checkin and late checkout. We didn’t ask for daily housekeeping but asked for toiletries etc to be replenished and change of towels. The standard room is really big. Has a window that faces inside the building. Air conditioner worked really well. So did the wifi. 2 bottles of water daily, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer, kettle, fridge.
We did ask for extra pillows but the request was not able to be fulfilled.
TV had lots of movies in Vietnamese and English.
Lots of power points. A night light. Can turn lights off from your bedside.
Motorbike rental 150k per day. Passport used as security.
Coffee shop to the left as you exit has great coffee for 20k.
Vung Tau market, restaurant and bus station within walking distance.
We got drinking coconuts 10k and 12k on the streets.
We were in tower A, tower B has roof top on 7th floor which also has a kitchen and laundry.
The only thing I didn’t like is the shower head - really inconvenient placement and not really adjustable.

Pros:

Staffs were very nice and approachable. 3 minutes from bus station and central market. Definitely will stay again when visit Vung Tau!
