Pros:

The pool was amazing, and having it next to my room was the best. The room was very cozy and clean, very comfortable. It had little desk so i could do some quick work on my laptop.

Cons:

The first night the air conditioning started licking. After a couple of nights they changed me to another room, cause not technical service was available to fix it.
The toilet in both rooms was a bit stuck.
First day, the safe was locked, nobody came ever to fix it, even though i asked that to the reception several times. On my second room the safe was locked as well, so i didn't even try to ask again for that.
Although the hotel was very modern and nice, the neighbourhood wasn't nice to walk around, also dirty and smelly in some areas.

A wonderfully simple way of living and enjoying Phuket.
Pros:

The property was quiet but close enough to Old Town and beaches.

Cons:

Frequent confusion with ride sharing companies where to pick up and drop off; the maintenance gate was often the directions given on Google/Apple maps. Very odd.

Cons:

Ze waren aan het renoveren dus zorgde wel voor veel lawaai.
De locatie is heel slecht en je moet alles met grab doen

Would stay again. Great staff. Great pool
Pros:

Staff and pool stood out. An island oasis of new resort style hotel in old Phuket

Schöne Lage, eher für Familien mit Kindern
Pros:

Schöne Lage am Strand, toller großer Pool im Nebenbereich der Anlage!

Cons:

Das anfangs zugewiesene Zimmer war mit Lage, Sicht, Geräusch- und Geruchsanteil völlig inakzeptabel und sollte nicht vergeben werden.
Die Einrichtung ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Angebot an Entertainment, Veranstaltungen in der Hotelanlage war äußerst überschaubar...
Das eigentliche Kao Lak befindet sich ein paar Kilometer weit entfernt, wo deutlich mehr los ist.
Insgesamt ein (nicht nur für thailändische Verhältnisse) recht teures Resort.

Perfect
Pros:

Second time we stay here. The location is great for whoever decides to rent a motorcycle. Location is quiet and lets you sleep well. The beds are so comfy! I wish I could stay more days!

Pros:

Staff kindness was incredible. They took care about our luggage for 2 days without accepting any money

Cons:

After checkin and taking into the room, 1 hour later huge amount of water started to pour from the airco. We could change the room immediately but it was not so good to move while almost fall asleep with small kid
