Pros:

The receptionist could not communicate in English at all, on the first day we told her that we wanted to go to a restaurant to try Padthai and she order a Grab that dropped us off in a brothel (i was with my mom and my little baby)

Cons:

It is impossible to communicate with staff to order something because no one speaks English, the restaurant was closed and the refrigerator in the room was very dirty.

Очень красивая, ухоженная территория. Удачное местоположение, рядом много кафе, магазинов. Центр Олд Тауна в 10 минутах ходьбы. Номера отличные, уборка была каждый день. Прекрасный бассейн

the hotel was good
Pros:

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and I would say the location is also good.

Cons:

However, the pillow is a bit too hard for my taste and the water didn't smell that great, but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast wasn't great.. I'd recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel.

Pros:

Die Old Town ist schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen, zudem wurde ein kostenloser Shuttle-Service angeboten. Der Check-in verlief angenehm, da die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem lebhaften Umfeld, in dem es morgens durch den Appell der Feuerwehr sowie das Hissen der Fahne etwas lauter sein kann. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wirkten bereits stark genutzt und wiesen vereinzelt Gebrauchsspuren auf. Auch die Poolliegen waren deutlich durchgelegen.

Das Hotel wird als 4-Sterne-Haus beworben, laut einer Übersichtskarte entsprach die Klassifizierung jedoch eher einem 3-Sterne-Standard. Insgesamt vermittelte die Unterkunft mehr eine lockere Hostel-Atmosphäre als das Ambiente eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.
