L albergo è molto pulito e tenuto come nuovo. Il letto era comodissimo. L' albergatore molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Mi sono trovato benissimo

Pros:

The owner is super nice, very friendly, so that made me happy instantly. The property was very clean! I read some reviews complaining about how hard the beds are. Yeah, it’s not the softest, but it’s healthier for you ;) Overall, I’d recommend staying here, especially since it’s so cheap!

Pros:

Siamo stati accolti da Phuc e la sua mamma, due persone squisite, sempre disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare . Ci ha organizzato l'escursione alle Dune di sabbia bianca sabbia rossa e il Villaggio dei pescatori , con Jeep e guida privata ad un ottimo prezzo ed è stato fantastico. Ci ha consigliato dove noleggiare lo scooter e quali fossero i più interessanti posti da vedere. Abbiamo avuto con sorpresa un upgrade a camera più grande nonostante avessimo prenotato quella basica. La homestay si riconosce subito perché si presenta impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Le camere sono spaziose funzionali e pulite in modo maniacale ogni giorno con anche cambio di asciugamani. La homestay è in posizione ottima vicino a svariati negozi e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Phuc parla inglese ed è davvero una splendida persona, siamo stati molto felici di essere suoi ospiti e speriamo di tornare presto. Grazie ancora di tutto ! Consigliatissimo.

Super preis und schöne gegend.
Pros:

Die zimmer sind sauber.
Das personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Preis leistungs Verhältnis ist kaum zu schlagen.
Man hat direkt einen kleinen shop am hotel.

Cons:

Die lage ist halt mitten am „resort“ beach. Man ist weder direkt in Mui Ne noch in Phan Thiet. Und man brauch definitiv ein moped wenn man sich was anschauen will.

Aktuell wird die Hauptstraße halt massivst umgebaut. Ist halt für das zu fuß laufen und das moped fahren nicht unbedingt angenehm.

A nice clean hotel but no hot water.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Check-in is easy and check-out is easy. The room is big.

Cons:

There was no hot water and the shower bracket seemed like its never used as the shower head doesn't let you use it in place to have a decent shower. Its a big bathroom but wasted if you cant use it to have a warm or hot shower.
The room has windows opening onto a common hallway which is well lit and when you go to sleep you have a lot of light coming in from that window and the glass door.
There is a TV but it is high up on the wall, and seems to have no service. It wasn't tuned into anything. You cannot plug into it, so it may as well not be there. I suspect that if people were using their TVs that you would hear it in different rooms.
With a room that big it would be nice if there were a reasonable size table to sit at instead of the small one that is provided.

Pros:

Gentillesse du propriétaire. Aux petits soins. Chambres spacieuses. Propreté de l'établissement impeccable. Chambre faite tous les jours. Eau plus serviettes renouvelées.

Cons:

Lits très très durs.
Hôtel devant la rue passante... donc du bruit.

Проживание было отличное, омрачало строительство дороги, на длительном проиежутке, все в песке, пыли и строц материалов
Pros:

Хозяин покорил своей внимательность и заботой! Очень приветливый, рассказал, куда лучше сходить поесть, тут же можно поменять деньги и отдать в стирку одежду
Сам дом и комнаты в ухоженном состоянии, чистое белье и удобный матрас
