Location by the river and the bar are perfect.
I have been requesting the full receipt with both booking.com customer service and the property. At first I tried to request online but system showed that I should contact the property directly. Then I called the property at front desk but she refused to provide the receipt and suggested me to call customer service, so I called the customer service. I was instructed to send direct message my full request details to the property while customer service will also contact the property to arrange it for me. Until now I have not yet received the full tax invoice for the property.

The staff was extremely nice.
The location is not what it looks like on here and down a back alley with garage manufacturing. When walking down during the day we did not look welcomed. We ended up getting a different hotel. I was quickly trying to find other accommodations so did not take photos.
The bar/restaurant were very good along with staff were very good but the actual rooms were tired and uncomfortable , I will not be returning that’s for sure , also the pictures of the rooms in booking.com must have been taken many years ago. I am very disappointed 😡
Painting flaking off the walls very uncomfortable beds ,stained towels bedding, uncomfortable mattresses and no daylight blinds alongside the curtains oh and sorry the sink in the bathroom was held down with blue tack 😡
The location and view was terrible looking out to a back street ally. The long walk to the main road. Cleaning of the room was never done in the three days we stayed

The room totally not same as showing . Tower was very old and dirty. No breakfast. If compare with the price was so expensive.
Not the greatest location, seemed unsafed and rooms were not well maintained.

Very good value for money. Excellent stay. It is a bit away from everywhere but costs 500 baht less than the rest. 7 Eleven nearly next door

Tried for a refund or so some of credit & was rejected. That’s how bad the hotel was.
There is absolutely nothing around it unless you walk 300 meters up to the main road.

I really liked this property and location. I’ve been to central Bkk many times so this time I wanted a change. The view from the king deluxe room and the hotel bar was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and hard working. There is also some great Thai bars, street food and restaurants nearby
