Pros:

Mieliśmy sentyment do tego miejsca, pomimo że warunki jak z PRL to wracaliśmy do tego miejsca. Pozatym Ustroń super miejsce

Cons:

W pokoju czuć było stęchliznę, a wyposażenie (jeden mały kosz) było niefunkcjonalne. Logistyka to porażka: karty do drzwi nie działały, więc za każdym razem musieliśmy biegać do obsługi, żeby wejść do pokoju.

​Mimo że hotel przyjmuje psy, w nocy wyjście na zewnątrz było niemożliwe przez zamknięte drzwi, trzeba było szukać kogos z obsługi aby otworzył drzwi. Na koniec obciążono nas kosztami za rzekome zabrudzenia po psie – nikt nie zgłosił nam uwag w sytuacji której niby się to wydarzyło. Czujemy się po prostu naciągnięci. Omijać z daleka!

Wygodny nocleg ze śniadaniem pośród gór z piękną panoramą Ustronia.
Pros:

Lokalizacja - blisko centrum ale nie w centrum. Na zboczach góry z pięknym widokiem na góry i Ustroń. Czysto w pokoju. Łazienka czysta, woda gorąca, czyste ręczniki i komplet kosmetyków. Dobre śniadanie z bogatą ofertą lokalnych wędlin, serów i ciast.

Cons:

Budynek stary, sporo oznak zużycia : zdarta farba na elewacji, pękający miejscami tynk. Utrudniona możliwość korzystania z balkonu w pokoju 4-osobowym. Balkony były ale brak typowych drzwi balkonowych.
