Bardzo mili ludzie. Zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji (wyłączając śniadania). Ładny widok z okien , ale położenie hotelu jest takie, że nie da się mieć innego widoku.

Cons:

Nie polecam tego obiektu:
1. dla osób, które potrzebują odrobinę intymności w łazience. Ściany w łazienkach są szklane (przeźroczyste) , wszystko widać i słychać. Nie wiem co to za "moda", ale może są ludzie, którzy nie chcą, aby ich widzieć jak załatwiają potrzeby fizjologiczne ?
2. Śniadania dobre, smaczne i świeże, ale jak na hotel 4 gwiazdki to: o 9:20 brakowało pomidorów, parówek, wędlin serów.. (pani z obsługi powiedziała, że będą za 3 minuty) - po 20 minutach nikt się nie zainteresował brakami na bufecie. Obsługa miła, ale niezbyt zorganizowana, mam wrażenie, że im ktoś kazał tak się zachowywać, aby nie dokładać jedzenia podczas śniadań. Brak mleka w ekspresie do kawy, wystawiono kilka kawałków ciasta (bardzo dobrego !), ale szybko zniknęły - nie uzupełniono. Ignorancja całkowita.

Świetny widok z okna i spokojna okolica.

Cons:

Godziny śniadań i tylko jedna osoba obsługująca w porze śniadaniowej. Mimo tego, że Pan dwoił się i troił to przy dużym obłożeniu restauracji powinien mieć pomoc. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia zwłaszcza łazienka w jednym pokoju (zasłony do wymiany). Dość obojętna i średnio pomocna obsługa hotelu.

Ogólnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenia. Udało się nam dużo wcześniej zameldować więc dziękujemy. Polecamy

Brakowało mi tylko czajnika w pokoju, a restauracja hotelowa była otwarta od 15. Minus za oświetlenie w pokoju, ponieważ dla mnie światło było za ciepłe i brakowało głównego oświetlenia na suficie nad łóżkiem/ biurkiem, było tylko na wejściu, 2 lampki i przy łóżku z czego jedna żarówka spalona.

We spent 2 nights in Hotel Kopieniec. The staff was very helpful and we got a room upgrade which brought us an amazing experience: the balcony with breathtaking view on the Tatry mountains, a very comfortable bed and quiet room, and a large bathroom with window and bathtub. The breakfast or aperitivo on the terrace surrounded with fields and flowers was enchanting. We definitely recommend the place and would visit it again!
