Entering the hotel there is a pervading smell of fried food which persisted throughout it our stayCheck in delayed due to only one member of staff handling several people paying bills.
The restaurant although large was a little dark and gloomy.
Our room location was on the 2nd floor accessed by 2 flights of stairs, separated by long poorly lit corriders.
Some room doors open revealing groups of men in underwear sitting on beds, more of a hostel feel to the place than a hotel compounded by scruffy recycling bins placed at the end of the corridor.
It was a very hot few days and the room had no air con. Reception said there were rooms with air con but reluctant to relocate us. They did provide an elderly fan the control buttons on which were very grubby.
The silicon seals of the shower tray showed black mould.
Towels, although clean were old and very thin due to use with fraying edges
Toilet did not flush adequately leaving paper floating about, not nice
Wifi available but virtually unusable as it kept dropping out or buffered extensively
Premises completely enclosed by surrounding buildings with little external space to enjoy the weather. The outside space that was available was cramped and dark, mostly occupied by smokers and/or those enjoying a drink purchased from the adjacent discount store
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, landestypich. Die Brötchen sind leider immer vom Vortag und nicht frisch. Es gibt ein Wellnessangebot gegen Zahlung von 50 Zloty, welches ich jedoch nicht genutzt habe. Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet eine gute Küche zu einem fairen Preis. Lobend erwähnen kann man, dass die Speisen frisch zubereitet werden. Die Rezeption verkauft Snacks und Getränke rund um die Uhr. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt.
Im Zimmer gab es keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge oder Aussenrollos, so dass mit jeden Morgen ab 4:30 Uhr die Sonne ins Gesicht schien. Es gibt ausserdem keinen Fahrstuhl um die Koffer in die Etagen zu bringen.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Ładny hotel, ma potencjał. Obsługa miła.
Niestety mimo zapewnień nie dostaliśmy łóżeczka dla dziecka. Trafiliśmy na upały, a w hotelu nie działała klima, więc w pokoju na poddaszu było ciężko spać. W jednym z pokojów nie działała ciepła woda.
