Please note that breakfast is served daily from 8:00 until 10:00.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

Please note that the spa area is open from Tuesday to Sunday between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. There is an additional charge to use the spa of PLN 50 per person. Please inform the reception of your intention to use the spa no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of your planned visit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Promyk Wellness &Spa war rundum gelungen!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet - einfach hervorragend! Es gab eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei war.Alles war liebevoll angerichtet und sehr guter Qualität.Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, Das gesamte Hotel überzeugt mit Sauberkeit, freundlichem Personal und eine sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre.Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Отличный вариант для прибывания в Карпаче
Pros:

Хороший уютный отель с парковкой, рестораном и СПА (учтите, что бронировать его нужно заранее, стоимость 50 злотых с человека), не далеко от центра, очень вкусные затвтраки, блюда по меню тоже супер. Приветливый персонал. Номера могут показаться слегка старомодными, но это никак не влияет на качетво проживания, ванная комната - все новое и чисто. Рекомендую

Jeden mały szczegół. Problemy z sygnałem telewizyjnym. W ostatni wieczór chcieliśmy skorzystać z możliwości obejrzenia informacji. Niestety sygnał antenowy niedomagał :).

Pobyt ogólnie można uznać za poprawny, jednak niestety nieadekwatny do ceny. Podczas naszego trzydniowego pobytu zostałyśmy poinformowane o awarii sauny, mimo że to właśnie oferta spa była głównym powodem wyboru tego hotelu. Zabrakło wcześniejszej informacji na ten temat, co pozwoliłoby podjąć bardziej świadomą decyzję.
Dodatkowo, w jedynym momencie, kiedy mogłyśmy skorzystać ze strefy relaksu, pojawił się problem z radiem – muzyka nagle przełączała się z bardzo cichej na głośną, co skutecznie uniemożliwiało odpoczynek. Pewnym minusem był również brak możliwości zabrania napoju z baru do strefy relaksacyjnej.

Niewykorzystany potencjał.
Pros:

Klimat małego hoteliku, położenie przy szumiącym potoku, potencjał na fajny hotelik ze SPA.

Cons:

Meble mające już trochę historii na sobie, bardzo słabe wifi, krótko działające SPA dodatkowo płatne, jacuzzi z zapaszkiem, brak klimatu w strefie SPA ( świece, zapachy itp.), muzyka w SPA przerywana super głośnymi wstawkami z innego radia.
