Es gibt 5-6 Stockwerke die zu erklimmen schon einem mittleren Workaut im Studio gleichen besonders mit 2 Gepäckstücken. Ältere Personen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind sollten sehen daß sie im unteren Stockwerk der Straße angewandt ein Zimmer bekommen. Die Straßenseite ist doch ein bisschen lauter.Für mich persönlich war das eigentlich nicht nachteilig denn Bewegung und ein bisschen Anstrengung
schadet mir nicht.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. On the 3rd night, my partner left an expensive ring on the bed and we left the hotel. When we returned, the ring was not found. We asked the hotel to check with the cleaners and the laundry, but they quickly replied that the ring was not found. Of course, we filed a complaint with the police. The cleaners decide to clean the room only according to their wishes and do not clean every day. My room was on the fourth floor without an elevator, so it must have been difficult for them to climb the stairs to clean every day. Most of the day, there is no one at the reception and the only way to contact the hotel is by phone, and even then they do not really answer. When leaving the hotel, the reception showed me a picture of a string that ties the curtain in the shower and claimed that it had disappeared and wanted to charge me. She did not even check with the cleaner who tied the string to another curtain. Of course, the room did not have a spa tub inside the room as promised, only that it was broken and not working. A disrespectful and unpleasant hospitality experience at all.

I booked and paid for my stay in advance. Upon arrival, I was refused check-in because of a cash deposit that was never clearly stated during booking. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and insisted on cash, despite their policy not being transparently shown on Booking.com. I was left stranded and had to escalate the issue to Booking.com, who confirmed that the hotel was at fault.

Absolute lack of hospitality and transparency — avoid this place if you want a stress-free trip. Scammers and liars.

Where do I start?No lift for people or luggage,stairs only.I was lucky to be on the 2nd floor,but go help you if you are on the higher floors!Fridges turn off when you take your card out to leave the room,so if you have anything in the fridge and you go out for the day,expect it to be hot and off by the time you get back!This is the same for all the rooms,I was told when I complained.Too bad if you had medicine you need to keep refrigerated.And was told all hotels are like this!😆Also,my safe didn’t work electronically.Use the key they say..Well,the key is attached to the card.So when you take the card out to unlock the safe,the power goes off🙄No lights no aircon as you are rummaging through your safe(which is tiny,I may add).No solutions offered.Lets say I found a work around,and made do.Cleaners literally just refolded dirty towels,and looked like just washed out coffee cups,glasses and spoons in the sink.Mosquitoes also let in the room by cleaners.The only bonus was I found the bed to be comfortable,and slept well.Could never find a staff member,as they were always at their other hotel down the road which obviously had priority.And had trouble communicating with most of them.The worst experience I have had thus far.But can’t blame the staff,they would be following directions from their boss,and the owner,whom is ultimately responsible.Definitely would NOT recommend as a place to stay.

If you take the breakfast, you need to walk 300 m to go to another hotel. Same for the swimming pool

There was no Lift in the building, you have to carry your luggage by your own and most importantly you will not find any staff there

1300 bahts for this hotel is over priced for this kind of hotel. Its not even a lodge. Its a looks like local indian paying guest building. Please dont suggest this to anyone. Its worth 500bahts not 1300 bahts.
