Clean, spacious room but bad location and annoyances
Pros:

Room was clean and had a big window for natural lighting but the view wasn’t of much. The bathroom was nice and there was an additional sink. Nice spread of toiletries. The fridge is a larger one which is nice and the attention to detail that I find annoying below is welcome when it comes to the upkeep of the room.

Cons:

1000 THB deposit PER DAY is onerous and unreasonable. I had to sign about half a dozen times, for each of their policies. I felt like I was buying a house just trying to check in.

I put all the signs and reminders of their policies in the room off to the side or in a drawer but after housekeeping came in they were once again everywhere covering every surface. Not too big of a deal but it was rather annoying. The room smelled of fresh paint and there was creaking and noises all day and night. Very small singular elevator that I just took the stairs instead.

Location is not ideal, quite a distance from the city center. Drivers seemed to have some problems finding where I was.

Clean bed and room, good security, room is complete for travelers to use- water, coffee, tea, soaps. Near to Central Hat Yai.
