Wir konnten das gebuchte Zimmer nicht beziehen. Wir waren gerade in Thailand angekommen und hatten noch keine Gelegenheit Geld zu wechseln. Entgegen der auf booking.com zugesagten Zahlungsweise hätten wir nur bar bezahlen können. Der Zugang zum Zimmer wurde uns nicht gestattet, solange es nicht bezahlt wurde. Das Gespräch an der Rezeption gestaltete sich sehr schwierig, da das Personal kein Englisch sprach und wir kein Thai. Wir wurden dann an ein anderes Hotel verwiesen, das teurer war.
