Hotel samowystarczalny, mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci, kręgielnia, wrotkarnia. Bardzo zaskoczyła nas wielkość basenu, bardzo duży z kilkoma brodzikami, strefą głęboką, jakuzzi na tarasie., Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne.

Otrzymaliśmy upgrade pokoju i był to właściwie jedyny plus pobytu — gdyby nie to, prawdopodobnie wrócilibyśmy do domu jeszcze tego samego dnia.

Cons:

Hotel jest przyjazny zwierzętom, co niestety było odczuwalne w pokoju — pościel była pełna psiej sierści. Basen po zmroku jest bardzo słabo oświetlony zimnym, niebieskim światłem LED, przez co panuje tam mało komfortowa atmosfera i słaba widoczność. To samo oświetlenie zastosowano na tarasach, więc światło wpada do pokoi i utrudnia sen.

Wystrój hotelu jest niespójny — częściowo przypomina klimat PRL-u, a częściowo futurystyczny, głównie przez wszechobecne niebieskie światła. Parking jest ciasny i drogi (80 zł za dobę), a mimo rezygnacji z pobytu po jednej nocy naliczono nam opłatę za dwie doby.

Restauracja w lobby rozczarowała: filet z kaczki był krwisty, a ziemniaki surowe. Ze względu na brak innych restauracji w okolicy poza sezonem byliśmy głodni do rana. Śniadanie było na szczęście w porządku.

Jestem rozczarowana tej klasy hotelem !

Śniadanie zadawalające. Okolica przy plaży , prywatna, przy lesie, bezpieczna.

Cons:

Niestety zostawiłam w dniu wyjazdu w pokoju kilka cennych dla mnie rzeczy, które do tej pory nie odzyskałam.
Wykonałam po moim przyjeździe do domu kilku telefonach do hotelu.
Niestety reakcja personelu hotelu nie jest zadawalająca dla mnie !

Große Entäuschung .
Pros:

Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne . ich hatte das Gefühl nicht gerade willkommen zu sein wegen der Mängel in meinem Zimmer die in 15 Übernachtungen kaum beseitigt wurden .

Das Deutsch vom Personal . Das Essen abwechselungreicher . Der Chlorgeruch auf dem Weg zum Frühstück .
Parkplatz den man bezahlt aber bei Kongressen lange suchen muß oder keinen bekommt , lieber Tagesticket ziehen .
Information und Verständigung war sehr mangelhaft. Kaputtes Fenster - Waschtisch - Badtür - Entlüftung Bad wenn vorhanden mußte jeden früh nach dem Duschen erst den Spiegel föhnen bevor ich mich sehen konnte kaum Ablagen .
Balkon Rost überall . Blick auf den Parkplatz und Lärm von derStraße. Alles in allen nicht zu Empfehlen. Wir waren schon
mehrmals in Dzwirzyno und kennen auch andere Hotels und Unterkünfte aber das war das letzte .
