Posizione ottima per visitare la città
Pros:

La posizione é perfetta per visitare la città. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile e ci hanno aiutato in tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto, addirittura facendoci fare la doccia molte ore dopo il check out.

Cons:

Ci è rimasto difficile trovare la struttura perche non ben segnalata e al piano terra sembra un'agenzia di viaggio piu che un albergo.

Our room was cleaned and replenished daily, which we really appreciated, and having the reception open 24 hours a day gave us peace of mind, especially when returning late from our activities.

Although breakfast was served at a different hotel, it exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. There was a good variety of food, and it was a great way to start each day.

Buena situación y hotel cómodo
Pros:

Muy bien situado, personal muy amable y hotel limpio y correcto. El hotel cuenta con una agencia de viajes que nos vino muy bien para organizar algunos tours y transportes.

Cons:

Es difícil encontrar porque hay que entrar por una agencia de viajes (que luego nos resultó muy útil)

Nie no super, duży rodzinny pokój. Jak na standardy blisko jeziora Hoan Kiem Lake to ekstra. Śniadania obok w drugim hotelu w wersji premium. Cena idealna to co zaproponował obiekt. Polecam.

Cons:

Żeby was nie zmyliło, przejście do hotelu ale właściwie do windy hotelowej przebiega przez lokalne biuro podróży. Ale dla podróżnych z doświadczeniem to bułka masłem. OK

Personnel vraiment au top. Très serviable et répond très rapidement. La chambre est spacieuse et propre.

Super logement à Hanoi proche du lac dans le quartier touristique.
Pros:

Au cœur du centre mais dans une rue moins bruyante, vous arriverez dans une agence de voyage en bas mais qui a des chambres au dessus qui sont vraiment très bien. Le personnel est sympathique et au petit soin. L'option petit déjeuner à deux pas dans un autre bâtiment est juste extra. Pour le reste plein d'options possibles (taxi, lessive, excursions, ...)

Cons:

C'est compliqué de ne pas apprécier cet endroit. Nous étions dans les chambres en hauteur qui peuvent préserver du bruit éventuel. Vous serez dans un coin très touristique pour information.
