Cons:

Cockroach in the room, which is a bummer. Breakfast is not in the hotel but on a nearby one. One of two rooms that we booked was located on top of the hotel which had steep staircase (no lift on the last two floors) difficult to climb with luggages. Extremely loud at night - there is an actual opening in the front wall, so no isolation whatsoever.

L'emplacement, la propreté de la chambre et le petit dejeuner

Cons:

L'accueil est particulier puisqu'il faut entrer dans une agence de tourisme puis prendre un ascenseur qui.nous amène devant notre chambre. Ce n' est pas classique.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt tip top.
Pros:

Für ein/zwei Nächte komplett ausreichend. Die Nähe zum Geschehen war tip top und doch ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen. Die Better waren gross und bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker, jedoch ein paar Schritte in einem anderen Hotel daneben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist etwas schwer zu sichten (Travelgesellschaft). Wir durften bis zum Abend gratis unser Gepäck in der Lobby stehen lassen und dort auch noch duschen, es hat Pflegeprodukte und Badetücher, da unser Flug erst spät Abends flog.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist nicht abgetrennt, das WC befindet sich im gleichen Raum.

Très bien
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville de Hanoi. La chambre est propre, la literie confortable.
Le personnel est très aimable et prêt à nous aider. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel et prendre une douche avant de partir à l’aéroport.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very central area. There is a laundry service right next door (very cheap) and a coffee man who makes the best coffees ever. There are some great places to eat along the street too (Vietnamese, 4P's pizza and a place that has a great all day brunch type of menu). Everything else you need is within walking distance.

The family room was very comfortable and had great aircon! The room was cleaned everyday and was great for a rest in the afternoon before heading back out for the evening.

Breakfast is at a sister hotel, about 3 doors down. Our youngest, who is a picky eater, loved it. We did too. There was something for everone in the family.

Finally, Vietnam Airlines changed our flights without notifying us. The staff were excellent in helping us sort the mess out and allowed us to stay another night at a discounted rate.

Great little hotel with very caring and helpful staff!!

bien situé pour 1-2 nuits dans le vieux quartier d hanoi

l emplacement pres du lac hoa kiem-. taille de la chambre. lits confortables. personnel aimable

Cons:

bruyant. salle de bain vieillotte. Pas de pare douche-bon petit dejeuner mais dans un hôtel voisin- pas de hall d entrée (il s agit d une agence de voyage et de change)

Tres grande chambre (je voyagais seule). Lit confortable , situation geographique parfaite en plein centre et 5min de la vieille ville. Resto, cafe, magasins à proximite. Personnel tres sympathique et pret a vous aider. Tres appreciable

Sdb assez rudimentaire mai compte tenu du prix c est normal. Donc ne vous attendez pas a qqch de waw pour ce prix

Cons:

구글맵으로 이곳을 찾아왔지만 이호텔의 간판이나 이름을 어디에서도 찾아볼수 없었다.
family suite hotel은 일반적인 호텔이 아니라 투어 사무실을 운영하는 조그만 가게의 위층을 개조하여 방으로 이용한다
숙소이용란에 프라이빗 이라는 명목으로 적혀있는것은 다 허구이다. 1층 투어 사무실은 퇴근하면 불도 다꺼져 암흑이고 문도 잠겨 처음 온 사람은 문을 여는 방법을 알수없다
조식시간에 맞춰 내려가면 깜깜한곳에 직원이 소파에 잠자고 있다.
직원을 깨우면 일어나 문열어 주고 식사는 옆에 위치한 다른 호텔로 가서 먹고 와야한다
Private enterance가 아니다.
방음벽이라 했지만 길거리의 작은 목소리까지 다들린다
Bidet가 있다고 했지만 찾을수 없다.
왜 공기청정기가 있다고 거짓말 하는가
조식 먹는 식당사진은 모두 가짜다
조식에 대한 모든 옵션사항은 아예 존재하지 않는다
식당은 커녕 숨돌릴 조그만 공간도 없고 엘레베이터 타고 올라가 내리는 순간 감옥이다
이것을 어찌 유아 안전 게이트와 전용입구라라 표현하나
여기는 호텔이 아니다.
호텔 이름도 없다.
오직 조그만 투어 상담 가게가 1층에 존재 할뿐이다.
내가 예약한 금액으로는 주변의 훌륭한 3성급 호텔을 예약할수 있음을 직접가서 확인했다.  근사한 식당에서 훌륭한 조식이 제공된다.
그리고,
근처에 Hanoi의 family suite hotel과 동급인 숙소는 반값 정도의 저렴한 가격임을확인하였다.
가성비가 최악인지
내가 사기 당한건지 알수가 없었다.
이곳이 별이 세개로 표시 되어 있다는 것을 도저히 믿을수가 없다.

Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Beds vẻry cổmfortable. Ễxcellent breakfast. Position pềrfect- a few minutes walk to the lake, good restaurants and the Water Puppets!

Cons:

I found it a bit hard tõ find as thểre ảre a lot of signs in the building. One of the staff members came out to assist me so that was goôd.
