Pros:

Загалом все сподобалося! Є трішки нюансів по декору номерів - але для відпочинку в місті вони взагалі не заважають. Але от що дуже круто - це прибирання кожен день, в номерах дуже чисто, вид з вікна, цілодобова рецепція та наявність паркінгу!

Cons:

Трішки не зручно, що немає розеток біля ліжка, принаймні я їх не знайшов

Altes Haus dem etwas Leichtigkeit und Jugendlichkeit fehlt
Pros:

Die Zimmer, die Richtung Stadt schauen, haben echt einen Pluspunkt.
Ebenfalls bietet der Frühstücksraum einen Blick über die gesamte Stadt, was sicherlich besonders ist.
Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Check-In gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, nachdem uns der ältere Herr (Chef?) an der Rezeption auf seiner Buchungsliste nicht gefunden hatte. Somit war die Ankunft nicht gerade von einem welcome-Gefühl geprägt.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr dürftig, es ist nur das Notwendigste vorhanden. Hier fehlt es meiner Meinung nach nur an gutem Willen, dieses etwas zu erweitern. Das hat definitiv nichts mit Kosten zu tun.

The location is amazing the rest under average and it's overpriced in total compared to where my friend stayed

WiFi was down the first day. The staff were either indifferent, normal or rude. The manager was not available most of the time and when I had issues that manager o my knew, they refrained to call him.

Pros:

The view. You could see everything and you can as well park on the street depends on which day it is. Sat and sunday was free parking on the street.

Cons:

The service I got when checking in was not okay. They were keep denying that they never received any booking under my name. Even though I had the booking confirmation number and keep insisting that I contact booking.com. I even had a confirming message from them but still they declined stating that they never do such thing. In the end, they found my booking since I kept insisting that it was already paid. I got no apologize and just showed me the room. I also worked as a receptionist, I know how the booking works in and out since i am also constantly travelling using booking.com. The treatment I got was never okay.

Mr.Carlos,Ms.Manuela&Ms.Philipa we're very helpful and accommodative.The room(No.21) was well appointed with a balcony offering a spectacular view of Lisbon.Overall a pleasurable experience

Fabulous
Pros:

Fabulous location on top of hill overlooking Lisbon and very safe for solo travellers. Staff were always eager to help in any way. The view was stunning from my room. Very spacious & comfortable.

Cons:

Laundry services but they were helpful in finding me a great one very close by. LOL
