Pros:

Vị trí trung tâm gần các quán ăn nổi tiếng ở Pleiku và có thể đi bộ đến quảng trường hành chính tỉnh.

Cons:

Tiện nghi rất cũ kĩ, ọp ẹp, phòng đã quá cũ và xuống cấp. Nghe các bạn nhân viên nói đang có kế hoạch xây dựng lại chứ phòng đã quá cũ rồi nên cải tạo cũng không được nữa.
