Pros:

Das Bett war groß und bequem
Der Cappuccino ist hervorragend

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Gartenblick, man guckt auf eine schmutzige Mauer 50 cm vor dem Fenster. Es roch nach Schimmel und war voller Mücken. Nachts konnte man nicht schlafen, weil alle 2 Minuten eine Wasserpumpe ansprang. Am nächsten Tag baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer, erst hieß es, es wäre keins frei, dann, dass es 300 Baht zusätzlich kosten soll. Wir sind dann umgezogen und haben das Geld für die w. Nacht nicht zurück bekommen.
Es gibt in Nan viele deutlich bessere Hotels zum selben Preis

โรงแรมสวย ออกแบบสไตล์โมเดิร์น ห้องเพดานสูง อยู่สบาย น้ำอุ่นแรงดีมาก อาหารอร่อย พนักงานใส่ใจดูแล เจ้าของน่ารัก ชงโกโก้อร่อยๆมากให้ลูกค้าทานด้วยตัวเอง เหมือนมาพักบ้านเพื่อน อบอุ่นมากค่ะ

Comfortable stay with a few points of improvement
Pros:

Friendly and warm welcome. Helpfull staff.
Spacious room with a nice view terrace and a comfortable bed.
Cosy accomodation with a restaurant in the hotel.
Calm atmosphere, also during the nighttime.

Cons:

Not in the city centre, but accessable by the the bridge and not so far from the temples.
Food and breakfast was mediocre, but okay.
Price/quality could be better, but overall a good experience.

Pros:

We tried to cancel, as our plans had changed. We never heard back from them after 2 attempts. When they say non-refundable, they mean it. I chalked it up to travel hiccups but it would have been nice to hear back from them. They are a bit non-communicative.
