Al entrar a la habitacion habia un fuerte olor a lejia. por lo demas todo OK
the location, the building, the furniture, the room entry system, the parking
the lack of a coffee machine, even though there is a cafe downstairs. many people want to drink their coffee in peace as soon as they wake up before leaving the apartment. the lack of a TV in the bedroom, although there was a socket for it in the middle of the wall. it should be up to the customer whether or not to turn on the TV. but it should exist. and also, the cold in the cafe downstairs when I went down to get a coffee. I enjoyed it with my jacket on and my hat on. So Alain, it should have been a coffee machine in The apartment
The room was spacious with a nice design, the TV was smart, the location is right in the city center, there is a restaurant downstairs with great coffee.
It can be noisy during the night, at one time the restaurant staff was cleaning, moving furniture between 0 and 2 am.

The property is right in the centre which is great if you want to explore the area especially the museums.

Subjectively Cold 21.8° - central heating in the room doesn't work, no remote control for AC in the room.
Parking space not marked on the asphalt and therefore often blocked by others.
