Cons:

Doamna de la receptie a fost foarte deranjata de venirea noastră, mai avea un pic si ne spunes sa plecăm. Imi pare rau ca nu ii stiu numele "dar se vede la check in" foarte neprietenoasa, neprimitoare si aroganta. Am venit cu sotul si cu bebelusul de 6 luni sa ne relaxam si sa ne simtim bine. Noi nu am vrut curatenie pentru ca am pastrat curatenia cat timp am.stat acolo, dar pe ultima seara prelungita am avut nevoie de prosoape si am sunat la receptie. A venit o doamna nea adus într-un final, si foarte suparata a fost "ca de ce ne trezim sa cerem prosoape ca ea nu a plecat acasa ca altcineva nu avea cine sa ne aduca si zicand asta certandune, deci practic nea certat ca nu avem voie sa facem asta, noua nu ni sa spus nimic de programul pentru request.uri. Si ora era intre 19:00 si 20:00 pentru ca, coborasem la restaurant. Locatia este superba si relaxanta, ospatarii foarte primitori si prietenosi. Mai trebuie lucrat un pic la personalul din hotel pentru ca, conteaza foarte mult cum esti PRIMIT !

A fost un sejur minunat, minusurile mentionate presupun ca sunt mici scapari.
Pros:

Locatia si doamna/domnisoara de la receptie, care ne-a cazat.

Cons:

Camera a avut niste minusuri (pentru asteptarile mele) : nu a fost presiune la dus, salteaua patului te facea sa te afunzi ( pentru alti clienti sigur e ok ), mocheta avea niste pete si perdeaua era usor agatata si usor murdara( probabil alti clienti au prins-o in usa balconului )
Restaurantul : nu stiu daca exista mai multi bucatari, dar cel pe care l-am nimerit eu a parut ca nu isi respecta meseria ( nu mai vorbesc de clienti ! )…am comandat snitel cu cartofi pai, mi s-a adus un snitel a carui crusta nu adera la carne si era cruda in interior, cartofii din farfurie erau reci, parea ca au fost prajiti cu o ora inainte, dupa cat de sleiti erau si fusesera acoperiti de multa telemea sfaramata ( nu rasa ), am presupus ca asa s-a incercat sa nu se vada ca nu aveam cartofi proaspat prajiti…am mai comandat , conform meniului, clatite la cuptor, insa am primit ceva ce parea o foaie mai groasa de placinta ( nu avea nici o inrudire cu compozitia de clatita ), care era cruda in interior.

Personalul f amabil, grădină superba .

Cons:

Am servit prânzul intr.un moment in care personalul era f ocupat cu pregătirea unui eveniment ceea ce a dus la timpi de așteptare si odată venita comanda, ciorbele au ajuns dupa felul principal, încurcate....ospătarii încercând sa faca fata ...greu sa te împărți între eveniment si clienții hotelului.

Great location, lovely spa and very attentive staff
Pros:

Lovely location in the countryside.
Very helpful and welcoming staff.
Rooms were clean with very polite and considerate cleaning team.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, but the air-conditioning could not be adjusted and was a little temperamental. Also the wi-fi was only available in certain spot in our room, and was a little unreliable.
