location so near Hoàn Kiếm Lake is superb. It was easy to walk around the old quarter and to the lake
because of tight space, the property stores uses the stairwell landing spaces like storage, such that using the stairs is uncomfortable. Also the picture of the “pool “ on the internet is deceiving. It’s a large hot tub
Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Das Personal war extrem höflich und zuvorkommend. Alle Wünsche wurden perfekt erfüllt. Julie hat uns die besten Tipps für Hanoi gegeben. Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout mitten in der Nacht, alles hat winderbar geklappt.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, right in the heart of everything but is still lovely and quiet. Inside everything is perfectly modern and clean, but maintaining a traditional Vietnamese style. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice, freshly prepared and tasty. The rooftop pool is lovely and refreshing after a hot day sightseeing and you can enjoy a drink at the bar and overlook the city. What sets this hotel apart from any other we have ever stayed in is the wonderful staff. All of them were so friendly, polite, helpful and kind and they truly made our stay so special. They also surprised us with a free upgrade for our last night, with a balcony and city view! If we ever return to Hanoi we would 100% stay here again. PERFECT!
Everything was perfect
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance to the center and a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was particularly kind, helpful and eager to facilitate our every desire and need. Special thanks to Luna who offered us a free room upgrade, as well as Frank who was super nice and friendly!

De 1e kamer die we hadden was de kraan te kort naar het bad waarin we moesten douchen. Alles werd zeiknat.volgende dag gemeld. Kregen een andere kamer.. wa natuurlijk wel bekend.. maar een nieuw eraan gaan ze er echt niet op zetten. De nieuwe kamer was prima. Aparte douche en ruimer. Was goed schoon verser. Bubbelbad op het dat ziet groen. Niet kunnen zwemmen met se kinderen. We keren er nog wel terug.. het is ook een beetje maatstaf can 4 sterren in Vietnam.

From the welcome drink on arrival to the countless recommendations for exploring the city, the staff here were absolutely amazing and even helped us pin spots on Google Maps and suggested fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, the rooftop views were stunning, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their helpfulness made our stay in Hanoi truly unforgettable. Thank you Lucien Hanoi team!

Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war sensationell, angefangen bei der Ankunft, über den gesamten Aufenthalt und bei der Verabschiedung. Alle waren super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer außerordentlich höflich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und können es zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Zudem ist die Lage am See im Albstadtviertel unübertroffen

We arrived a bit later than expected but the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We received a welcome drink on arrival whilst they checked us in, the room was fantastic - cool, clean and beautifully appointed.
The breakfast had a good variety, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Location is ideal for exploring the old quarter.

We were warmly welcomed and felt so special. From the moment we arrived to when they farewelled us and booked our transport, Teddy and the team were fantastic and kind. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean, modern bathroom and very comfortable king size bed. We would love to return.
