Situation, personnel impeccable, présent disponible, souriant...petit déjeuner très varié, restaurant très bon..

Everything , most importantly the team making our stay and the experience truly memorable. Since this is the second part of our stay in continuation of our first phase stay 24-27May , the break of a night because we had booked an overnight cruise and we returned back the following day in the evening and continued our holiday stay at Lucien . As I had mentioned , each and every member of the team made our stay and experience a memorable one . Dana stood out for her exceptional and deft handling of our stay ensuring we had the best experience and Frank always ready to help with information .

The hotel was fantastic. Great location, spotless with very comfortable rooms. I was a solo traveller and it was so central to everything.

The most friendly and helpful staff of pretty much any hotel i stay with. They put some of the big hotel chains to shame with the service and engagement!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with cold drinks and fresh fruit. They provided all the necessary information right away.

Every staff member was attentive in a very professional and thoughtful manner — never intrusive, but always making us feel genuinely cared for.

The room had everything we needed: it was spacious, well air-conditioned, and kept perfectly clean every day. The happy hour at the rooftop bar is highly recommended. There is even a jacuzzi pool with a stunning view over the lake, which made the experience even more special.

Breakfast offered both Vietnamese and European options, with a wide variety of delicious food to enjoy.

The hotel location is also excellent. Nearby, you can easily find ATMs, great massage shops, convenience stores, the night market, and the lake — everything is within walking distance.

Notwithstanding, the highest praise goes to all the staff members, especially Grace. For a special birthday surprise, she and the other staff secretly put so much effort into beautifully decorating the room and arranging extra gifts and a cake (which I had, of course, paid for and discussed in advance). Their kindness and dedication made the stay truly unforgettable. Thank you so much!

最終日の空港へのタクシー予約と手配。土曜夜で交通規制の為、タクシーのミーティングポイントまで一緒にスーツケースを引っ張って来てくれた。
スパのマッサージが本当に上手だった。飛行機に乗る前にシャワーを浴びさせてくれた。

Centrally located in the old quarter , stones throw away from the Hoan Kiem Lake . Exceptional team , from the bell boys to the Managers , each and every one were genuine and honest in their attitude, always ready to help with a smile. A big shout out to Grace for making the arrangements , Dana for ensuring our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible , not forgetting Frank for his attention briefing us with all the local map/logistics , then Luna , Lily and the rest of the team , all of them made our stay memorable . We had split our stay in two parts 24-27May & 28-30May ,as we had booked an overnight cruise and had to leave some of our luggage with the Hotel left luggage . It was a breeze , the team ensured a seamless transition , we never felt we had actually left the hotel . While our stay was short , the experience left a lasting impression , we will certainly visit again .

Lovely hotel right on the edge of the old quarter with easy access, great breakfast selection, staff very welcoming and the rooms are very reasonably priced, good bar on roof with great views of the lake. Would I recommend yes definitely.

Das Personal war sehr gut, überaus freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross und hat ein grosses Fenster, die Klimaanlage war effektiv und LEISE. Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt und nahe einem See, um den herumspazieren kann. Der Autoverkehr wird am Wochenende um den See herum ausgesperrt. Die Trainstreet ist zu Fuß erreichbar und Restaurants sind in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und lecker, da sollte jeder etwas finden.

Super freundliches Team mit sehr nettem persönlichen Empfang durch die Rezeptionistin Lucie mit Erfrischungsgetränk und vielen Informationen und Tipps. Tolle Betreuung und Unterstützung bei der Planung und Buchung von Taxi und Aktivitäten. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Klasse Unterstützung beim late checkout - mit Gepäckaufbewahrung und Duschmöglichkeit im schönen Spa-Bereich. Obwohl das Hotel in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt liegt, können Grab-Taxis vor die Tür fahren - nach kurzer telefonischer Abstimmung durch die Rezeptionisten mit dem Grab-Fahrer.
Schöne Lage - nahe am See, inmitten der Altstadt, kein Autolärm,v alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wunderschöne Rooftop bar mit Traumblick auf den See und die Stadt.

The hotel is well located closed to all the shopping and dining places. Rooms were spacious and very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had a wonderful view over the lake.

The hotel was located centrally within the Old Quarter which was excellent as it meant we could travel on foot easily to all of the best attractions, food spots etc.
