Hotel au top !
Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans le vieux quartier . Le personnel est très agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos questions .literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner au top .je recommande cet hôtel situé a 2 pas du lac .

Great location and super kind staff
Pros:

Great location in Old Town with street food and shops just outside the reception. Extremely helpful and kind staff with great input for things to do and see. Arranged tickets for water puppet show and contact local guides.

Cons:

Roof top pool is a heated spa - and not a chilling pool in the heat. Breakfast was very basic and below our expectations.

Pros:

We returned after a long weekend stay in Thanh Hoa. Due to some building work noise the previous week the hotel upgraded us to a quieter room. When they heard about our flight cancellations they upgraded us again to a suite for our last couple of nights. The staff were so understanding, concerned and helpful. Again everything was done with a smile. If they could help nothing was a problem for them. The next weekend we were off to Ha Long Bay. The hotel looked after our baggage and even delivered it to our next hotel a few streets away for our next week in Hanoi. We were only unable to stay here at Lucien because they were already fully booked and we should have been flying home instead of going to Ha Long Bay. The hotel management and staff could not have been any nicer and helpful to us. They have impressed us so much we have decided to return later in our extended holiday and spend our last few nights there.

Again, not much not to like.

Pros:

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, das Personal war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles im Hotel war sauber. Der Pool mit Blick über die Stadt ist sicherlich ein Highlight, ebenso die rooftop bar.

Eigentlich nichts. :)

A fabulous stay
Pros:

This hotel is a gem. The location is brilliant, it is just near the lake. The staff welcomed us with open arms upon arrival. In particular Dana and Anna were incredible assisting us with all of our needs. The hospitality extends to all of Lucien's staff including the ushers at the front who would accommodate our scooter and help with meeting taxis. The breakfast is wonderful and a drink on the rooftop bar at night is a delightful experience. In the business of the old quater this hotel is like home.

Super hôtel très central
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel idéalement placé dans le vieux quartier à deux pas du lac. Personnel charmant et aux petits soins qui se mettent en 4 pour vous rendre service: par exemple nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après le check out pour partir à la baie d'Ha Long et les récupérer le lendemain et ils se sont occupés de notre taxi pour la gare. Teddy nous a aussi envoyé des recommandations de visite de Hanoï par whatsapp. Le bar rooftop est tres agréable avec une jolie vue sur le lac. Petit dejeuner buffet tres varié. Il y a également une salle de sport, un spa avec massage et une petite piscine mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps de les tester. Nous avions réservé une chambre classique mais avons été surclassé en junior suite. En bref un hôtel classe et très bien situé, avec un personnel très accueillant.

Une équipe formidable, un emplacement parfait dans la ville et une vue magnifique sur le Lac.
Je ne peux que recommander assurément cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Hanoï !

A great little gem with amazing staff
Pros:

Truly a great little hotel, location is great and the view from the rooftop is really great. We liked everything but what really sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, they were all great but especially Luna <3 went above and beyond :)
We have travelled a lot and not often seen such amazing and service minded staff <3
