Perfekter Ort um Hanoi zu entdecken und doch die Eihe zu haben

Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum von Hanoi. Das Frühstück war immer sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.

To sum up, we would most certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends travelling to Hanoi.
Pros:

It would be easier to tell you what I didn't like and that was nothing, there is no doubt that staff make a good hotel great, the staff here go beyond great, they are always there willing to help, always a good morning, afternoon or good evening, they really helped make our holiday, their driver was waiting at the airport for us, a manager waiting to greet us on arrival and tell us how to get around the area, had a map for us, in which he marked out all places worth a visit, he gave us a free upgrade to a better room, not only that on our penultimate day he gave us another free upgrade, this time to a suite, a kind gesture that was very much appreciated. All the facilities were good, as was the food, every day there was free bottled water in the room.

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like about our stay here.

First time in Vietnam and Hanoi.
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and attentive. Everything with a friendly smile. Breakfast was very good and the afternoon tea was a nice bonus. The restaurant served some good Vietnamese style dishes if you decided not to eat out. The location was also excellent. Not far from the lakeside and plenty of shops all around right in the mix of things. Vibrant area.

Cons:

Not much to dislike.

Pros:

Small hotel but very accommodating and Harvey the bar man was excellent in everything he could do for you . Harvey gave an excellent explanation of everything that was going on and where to go so that we had an excellent trip

Pros:

The spa on the rooftop overlooking the lake in old town is absolutely phenomenal. Cocktails were 10/10 and the staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for location also.

Cons:

The shower leaked a little bit but nothing major.

Pros:

Well located in the Old Town. Could reach Train Street, Pagoda and other places easy by walk. The kindness of the whole staff is outstanding. Special thanks to Luana and Teddy from the Front Desk who were very helpful. I arrived at 8 am in the hotel and got directly invited to have breakfast. At 11 am they made it possible for me to check-in into my room. I didn't expected that as it is part of peak season and check in time is 2 pm. Also thanks to the two guys from the door, they also gave informations or help any time.

Cons:

Very noisy outside and you hear that in the rooms. But that shouldn't be a surprise when you book a hotel in the Old Town.
