Pros:

Curățenia este făcută zilnic. Check in ul s-a făcut mult mai devreme. Piscinele curate.

Cons:

Am sesizat 2 nereguli din prima zi in care am ajuns: 1. Apa din bazinul de la toaletă se scurgea încontinuu in vas și nu era suficientă când era nevoie. 2. Draperiile nu se apropiau cum trebuie și dimineață ne trezeam fără să vrem. Cea cu bazinul am semirezolvat-o după 3 zile în care am mers zilnic la recepție, iar cea cu draperia deloc. Șeful de sală de la restaurant rezervă o masă în funcție de “ statutul “ pe care credea el ca îl are persoana respectivă. Locul de joacă pentru copii foarte mic și multă mizerie. Camerele sunt exact ca acum 9 ani, mobilierul învechit și geamurile cu izolare fonica slabă. Standardul de 4* clar nu mai este îndeplinit.

Un sejur într-o locație de vis!
Pros:

Camera în care am stat era cu vedere spre mare, patul foarte confortabil, curățenie exemplară.
Piscina și facilitățile la cele mai înalte standarde, micul dejun foarte variat. Întregul complex te face să te bucuri de un sejur excelent.

Micul dejun foarte bun si variat , locatia ....excelenta.

Cons:

Camera cam mica pentru 4 stele , dar constructia fiind veche .....nu aveau cum sa largeasca . Nu mi-a mai placut atitudinea domnei care a dat nota 1 , probabil are ceva probleme psihice sau a fost montata de ....concurenta . personalul a fost foarte amabil , draguti ....chiar peste asteptari si in general peste tot in statiune

Hotelul este situat în imediata apropiere a plajei, ceea ce reprezintă un avantaj important.

Cons:

Deși rezervarea a fost pentru 3 adulți, în cameră au fost pregătite prosoape și celelalte articole necesare doar pentru două persoane. Canapeaua extensibilă destinată celui de-al treilea adult nu avea nici măcar cearșaf pregătit. Nu este în regulă să plătești pentru 3 adulți și să găsești în cameră prosoape și lenjerie doar pentru 2 persoane. Micul dejun este destul de limitat, cu o varietate redusă de produse.
De asemenea, ora de check-in, 16:00, este foarte târzie. Ar fi mult mai convenabil ca check-in-ul să fie posibil începând cu ora 14:00.

Sejur incantator.
Pros:

Mergem aici din 2012, iar atentia la detalii a ramas neschimbata. Este un hotel elegant. Camerele sunt mari, iar curatenia e de exceptie. Mancarea e foarte buna. Am primit upgrade la camera - vedere la mare, ceea ce ne-a incantat.

O oaza de relaxare la malul marii, in ciuda plajei latite si pline de scoici.
Pros:

Este un hotel foarte bine administrat, se vede profesionalismul echipei din spate. Angajatii foarte prietenosi. Confort si liniste. Mancarea buna si gustoasa.

Cons:

Plaja nu este curata, saltelele si sezlongurile sunt murdare. Preturile foarte mari la consumabile, la fel ca in toata Mamaia pe timpul verii.

Pros:

This is my first stay at a hotel at the seaside, after a long time that i’ve gone abroad for every summer vacation that included sea and beach. The hotel is amazing, big rooms, very clean, very nice staff, nice amenities, spa, massage, very clean pool and perfectly located in Mamaia. The breakfast was very good, nice variety of foods, and a secure parking spot for my car. I spent 6 amazing days at Iaki, a hotel that can compete with many hotels from Italy or Frech Riviera, can’t wait for the next time.
