Dissatisfied

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its spa and leisure facilities. However, many of these spa facilities were unavailable because work was still in progress, and this important information was not presented prominently before booking. Instead, it was effectively hidden in the fine print, meaning I was unable to make an informed decision.

The atmosphere at the hotel was also disappointing. There was very little entertainment or ambience, with no music or activities to create the relaxing resort experience that was advertised. The food part of the package was generally below the standard I expected from a hotel of this category, although I would like to acknowledge that the à la carte restaurant provided a much better dining experience than the rest of the catering.

Overall, I believe the hotel failed to deliver the facilities that influenced my decision to book. Had the restrictions on the spa facilities been clearly disclosed, I would have chosen alternative accommodation.

Un sejur relaxant și plăcut

Vin de ceva ani la acest hotel si de fiecare data sunt la fel de plăcut impresionata,curățenie,mâncare buna și diversificata,piscina curata,personal foarte drăguț si atent la detalii….
