Hotel excepțional, dar cine se ocupă de managementul mentenanței nu este eficient.
Pros:

Dintr-o eroare a mea am rezervat la Gara de Nord, dar îmi trebuia Orhideea! Personalul a fost foarte receptiv (dovadă că intra-holding comunicare este eficientă) și m-a cazat la Orhideea.

Curățenia, poziția, lenjeria ,,că acasă,, liniștea, căldura, apa caldă, etc.

Având în vedere recenziile, a fost peste așteptări..
Pros:

A fost aproape de zona mea de interes, personal f drăguț și amabil, apreciez faptul că se lucrează pentru renovare , este necesar acest lucru, deoarece sunt foarte multe lucruri care nu sunt în concordanță cu specificul clădirii, dar una peste alta , totul a fost okay.

Cons:

Sufla vântul la geam, scârțâia patul, cabina de duș nu se închideau bine ușile și dădea apă afară și ziua am avut ceva zgomot dar având în vedere lucrările de reparații din camera alăturată am acordat circumstanțe atenuante...

Good location, good value for money

Cons:

Second time this year that I stayed at this hotel(Sir, Gara de Nord), and on both occasions I have been given a room on 5th floor-the main problem is that on the 5th floor,the water doesn't have any pressure and the water temperature is lukewarm(10 degrees Celsius, if lucky, and you have to wait more than 10 minutes to have the water reach that temperature)

-verkehrsgünstige Lage

Cons:

-Starker Rauchgeruch im Zimmer trotz mehreren Verbotsschildern
-Plastiktüte über dem Rauchmelder
-Praktisch keine Ablageflächen in der Dusche und Beinfreiheit auf der Toilette, welche locker war
-Fragwürdiges Angebot einer unbekannten Frau zum "Fernsehen und Cola trinken; nur 20 Minuten"
