Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet street, but still right in the town center, the room was clean and spacious. The owner is super duper nice and the breakfast was great. We got good quality bicycles for the day in the rice fields and the bus transfer to Pu Luong was arranged for us very reliably. The owner even provided water and cookies for the bus ride :) Overall a top notch experience.

Cons:

The rooms are not that soundproof, but for us it was fine.

Pros:

Padrona di casa di una gentilezza incredibile, stanza e bagno puliti e in ordine, letto comodo, colazione super abbondante scelta e al check out ci ha addirittura preparato una borsa con acqua e biscotti.

Cons:

Niente.

Lovely.

The host lady is amazing. Always looking after me for breakfast and anything I need.
The room was very spacious and the toilet also.

In a alley super close to the main street in a calm area.

Will definitely recommend. And when I'll be back to Tam Coc that will be my stay again.

Un bon sejour pour cette categorie d’hotel
Pros:

L’emplacement, le pret d’un velo gratuitement, le petit dejeuner tres correct et l’organisation de mon depart matinal avec petit dejeuner a emporter . La fille des gerants parle bien l’anglais.

Cons:

La climatisation qui ne marchait pas tres bien, mais il y avait aussi un ventilateur.

Es war etwas kalt im Zimmer und uns wurde nicht wirklich geholfen, dass es wärmer wird. Auch nicht nachdem wir mehrfach nachgefragt haben

Действительно, легендарный отель, рано заселили, поздно выселили, дали новые велосипеды за 50к донгов, постирали белье за 40к донгов, спокойно поменяли номер, когда кондиционер сломался, помогли купить билеты на хороший слипбас и чётко организовали трансфер.
Но самое главное:
Мы попали на семейный праздник, нас угостили, напоили, накормили, дали кучу гостинцев в дорогу, хозяева - очень хорошая и душевная семья. Комнаты и душевые чистые, кровати - удобные. Отель находится в спокойном переулке около школы

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Einfaches Frühstück, man konnte zwischen ein paar Gerichten auswählen. Große geräumige Zimmer, weiches Bett. Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, Nächte waren ruhig.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber. An der Decke waren überall Spinnen. Sogar im Bett war eine tote und lebendige Spinne. Aus der Klimaanlage kam auch sehr viel Dreck raus, als wir sie eingeschaltet haben. Das ganze flog aufs Bett.

Gérante adorable et arrangeante. Nous sommes arrivés en bus de nuit vers 3h du matin, elle nous attendait et nous a accueillie avec le sourire.
Emplacement au calme mais proche de tout.

Très serviable; arrivés très tôt le matin, la chambre a été mise à notre disposition, ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer après un voyage de nuit en bus, avant d’entamer la visite des environs de Tam Coc à vélo.
Vélos loués à un tarif avantageux.
Au départ, petit encas pour le voyage.
