Pictures don't match the rooms. Room was not clean or maintained

Cons:

Room didn't match the pictures.
Rooms aren't cleaned at all during your stay.
Clumps of hair, exposed wires, bugs in the bathroom.
The plug in the bath was broken, when it was repaired, it was permanently in place so I couldn't drain the water.

LOCATION AND AFFORDABILITY.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, tourist spots and most esp in Sun Plaza. Plus points, youll get a view of the monorail from your room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Accommodation will do in a pinch much better places around.
Pros:

It had air conditioning and facilities were relatively clean

Cons:

New AI check in system has some flaws to work out check in was not easy and staff was not answering to help us get it, bed was extremely stiff and overall the price point seemed a little high for the quality of the stay

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.They also let us leave our things even after our check out time.

Cons:

The towels are quite old and unclean. AC ,key card and hair dryer are not working well.
Sometimes even if we click the heater button of the AC, after some time cold air comes out, it was frustrating especially when the temperature outside is already cold.
