Không thích gì ngoài nhân viên quá ngoan quá nhiệt tình

Cons:

Phòng khác mô tả và hình minh hoạ. Đến nhìn và nhận phòng bị sốc. Ga gối và chăn phải nhờ lễ tân đổi vì còn vết bẩn. Tủ lạnh hỏng nhờ lễ tân đổi tiếp. Nhưng cái đáng buồn là mình đi 4 người book phòng premium 2 giường to. Nhìn ảnh thì thấy phòng rộng rãi thoải mái. Xong lúc nhận phòng thì ngã ngửa vì chật hơn hũ nút. Phòng kê 1 giường to (thực chất là 2 giường bé ghép) xong mình khiếu nại chủ thì kê thêm đc 1 giường bé để có thêm chỗ nằm. Thực chất là ks ko hề có phòng to như ảnh chụp. Chưa kể khi chị chủ giải thích vs mình về việc trước giờ chỉ kê 1 giường thế thôi do khách yêu cầu. Mình hỏi thế sao anht vậy. Thì bất ngờ chủ bảo ko thích thì sẽ trả tiền cho mình đi thuê chỗ khác. Nhưng t7 vừa rồi là cuối tuần và còn là lúc mưa gió rất to. Ủa đoàn mình 3 ng lớn 1 trẻ con giữa lúc mưa dông mà nói đc vậy thì thật sự vô trách nhiệm kinh khủng. Nhà mình cắn răng ở tạm vì hỏi sơ khu quanh đó hết sạch phòng. Mình đánh giá 1 sao cho chủ và chỗ ở còn 5 sao cho các bạn nhân viên. Haizzzzz ko muốn làm ảnh hưởng chỗ làm của các bạn nhưng chủ vậy là ko đc nhé. Thân ái chào tạm biệt và ko bao giờ gặp lại

Great enough !
Pros:

I felt satisfied with the location of the hotel as I took part in VnExpress Marathon Ha Long, the place is closed to the expo and start/finish line. Room is good enough for me, breakfast is fine. Staff are very nice and friendly. I had to come back to hotel right before the running time starts and the boy is willing to drive me to the start line at 4 am with no hesitation

Cons:

The smell, I would give a complete 5 stars and an exceptional 10 if the hotel did not have that weird smell (I believe it was from the molds).

Hotel is very close to the beach and harbour, many restaurants around. Facilities are kind of new. Fluent and nice communication with the staff.

Cons:

Only cash payment is accepted, not card. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Very few breakfast possibilities.
