В нас виникла дуже не приємна ситуація з працівницею на стійці реєстрації . Ввечері коли ми заїхали все було добре , та вранці вона вирішила надурити нас на оплаті за сніданок , який був включений у вартість нашого бронювання !!! Нагла особа . З ресторану мене відправляли на рецепцію за квитанцію , де вказано що в нас входить в ціну сніданок , а вона мене відправляла назад, доказуючи що вона не повинна нам нічого давати, не говорячи прямим текстом що до чого і як . Коли я так три рази йшла туди сюди , виясняючи в чому справа, вона мені видала що в наше бронювання сніданок не входить, на що мені вже прийшлось підвищити тон , говорячи що тобі це так не мине, я тобі напишу відгук, і тут вуаля, вона одразу передумала і підтвердила що сніданок таки входить, при чому жодного «вибачте» я не почула і близько !!!
Потім її замінила інша приємна жіночка .
Прибирання в номері жахливе . На шторі була засохша якась шмаркля. Таке ….

Дуже сподобався персонал , і жінка яка робила поселення чекала мене до 1.00 ночі. Дуже ввічлива і приємна. Кімната чиста і працює кондиціонер
