Nu merita să veniți la hotelul acesta ceea ce se prezintă la booking nu se regăsește în realitate...

Prezentarea pe booking,dar când am ajuns la locație am fost întâmpinat de către șefa de recepție,o tânără cu părul roșu că 🔥 dar fara prea multe scrupule...
Mi-a cerut sa achit 20 Ron pe camera in plus fata de ce am achitat prin booking deoarece camerele alese de noi nu mai erau disponibile însă mai aveau doua camere premium de lux fara aer condiționat dar cu balcon....

Cons:

La intrare in hotel șefa recepției mi-a impus să achit 20 Ron de camera pentru fiecare zii deoarece camerele rezervate de noi nu mai erau disponibile. Consider că acei 20 Ron pe.camera/zi de fapt e suma care mi-a făcut booking reducere ....acest hotel nu prea respecta acordul semnat cu booking.com
de fapt am realizat că ei vanduseră camerele achitate de noi in sejur și altor persoane ...cele care mi le dăduse erau prezentate că niște camere premium de lux, lipsea aerul condiționat, televizorul nefuncțional și antic model anii '80 ....
In baie se regasea mucegai ....
Ușa de intrare în camera era exfoliata și jegoasa,
Terasa de la intrarea în hotel cu o marmura veche și crepata, neagra de nespălata....
Balconul mult lăudat era plin de negreala probabil nu era de mult timp renovat .
Fațada clădirii sta sa cada peste turiști....

Hotelul raport calitate-pret, excelent!!

Stațiunea, singura plaja ne-marita(anul trecut),s-a marit anul acesta,o dezamăgire enorma, statiune pustie din cauza plajei marite inutil(nisip inexistent,distanta mare pana la bar si mare)din pct meu de vedere, litoralaul românesc s-a distrus datorită maririi plajelor,statiuni cu plaje urate,nisip inexistent, intrare lina in mare asemenea, facilități(bar)1 km distanta(f greu accesibil)totul nefavorabil pt un sejur perfect!!!! Deci,ne obliga sa mergem in afara tarii,cautand cea ce am avut noi acum 3,4 ani!!! Rusine!!!

Pour un nuit ça va....Pas plus.
Pros:

Que le petit déjeuné soit compris dans le prix (je trouve que la chambre c'est déjà très bien payé) sinon que le petit déjeuné soit moins cher !(Trop cher pour ce qu'on mange et trop cher pour un hôtel 2 étoiles.
Le personnel un peu plus souriant
Et il faut revoir les matelas, on ressent les ressorts 🫣

Comment c'est géré pour le petit dej (on le prend dans un autre hôtel en plus j'ai payé pour un enfant de 10ans comme pour un adulte... Je me suis rendu compte que après.
Les explications par rapport de petit dej
