Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, thoải mái, tiện nghi.

Cons:

Tôi bị phụ thu 250.000 VND khi check in tại khách sạn lúc 1h chiều. Lễ tân khách sạn báo giờ check in khách sạn là 9h đêm. Nếu hủy phòng thì booking vẫn trừ tiền tài khoản tôi. Còn nếu chấp nhận check in thì mất thêm phụ thu 250.000 VND. Chưa bao giờ tôi check in khách sạn nào lúc 9h tối như thế này. Cảm giác không vui và thất vọng về cách làm việc của khách sạn. Sẽ không quay lại.

Pros:

Both the room and the hotel looked very nice and were very clean. Everything was like expected.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from people talking and walking through the corridors at night that woke me up several times.

It should have at least 1 bottle of drinking water inside the room, and the tissue paper also doesn't have it in the room.
I must go down to buy the water at the counter and the tissue paper from outside.
