Pros:

nice staff, nice room, comfortable bed, working TV with English channels, fridge. There was no electric kettle but when I asked the hotel owner I got it right away. shower with hot water, safe parking for scooter inside, everything great

Pros:

I booked it, Booking.com sent a confirmation number. When we arrived at the hotel, door was locked, phone was disconnected. we have to drive to Thai Nguyen , 73 km away for another hotel. Later Phuong Nam hotel sent me an email : “Sorry we were out of town for the Vietnamese New Year “. I sent an email to Booking.com costumer services to complain, but no reply from Booking.com yet .
