don't stay here sorry
Pros:

it was good location

Cons:

the kitchen was offensive. it's not a kitchen.
the rooms smell like shit cause the bathrooms are in them.
the lockers can barely fit a passport. and there's no room to put your bags. some people slept with their huge backpacks in their beds.
the staff didn't understand they were running a hostel. we walked in with a reservation and they looked at us like we had 8 heads.
after 45 mins they found our room and tried to put us in beds that already had guests in them. once I received a bed (after getting switched around 4 times) i asked for a pillow and they almost refused. he was furious that he had to get me one.
bikes sucked. rent them somewhere else.

Beaucoup de progrès à faire.
Pros:

Les lits confortables. Attention, lits du haut pas isolés de la lumière. Promotion 100 pesos le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant d’en bas.

Cons:

Deux salles de bains pour 12 avec toilettes à l’intérieur. Propreté douteuse. Personnel négligeant. Ouverture de casier intempestive, ils prennent nos affaires et ne préviennent pas. Ils ne préviennent pas non plus quand le code de la porte d’entrée change. Obligé de frappe à la porte pendant 10 minutes pour qu’un occupant vienne nous ouvrir.

Cons:

Las fotos son engañosas. El rooftop no tiene ningun mueble para compartir el espacio, las sábanas de las camas todas con manchas, los baños sucios, los lockers muy angostos. El hostal es considerablemente peor que en las fotos. No hay recepción, te reciben en la mesa de su restaurante. Hay música puesta casi las 24hrs del día, muy fuerte y mala. Tuve que perder 2 noches para irme a otro hostal.

Pros:

Les lits dortoirs sont en réalité des petits box qui donnent plus d'intimité !
L'emplacement est dans le centre de Tulum. C'est propre ! Réduction sur le restaurant pour les clients de l'hôtel.

La struttura molto pulita.

Cons:

Il materasso sfondato. L'area comune non attrezzata come si deve (non ci sono tazze per la colazione e giusto due posate. Il frigo sporco).
Il personale non disponibile alle richieste perché impegnato con il ristorante

Nous avions une chambre pour 4. Elle était spacieuse.

Cons:

La cuisine partagée était largement sous équipée (verres, couverts, ustensiles pour cuisiner...) et pas vraiment très nette. Les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées dans la chambre en 3 jours. Nous n'avons vu personne..nous l'avons fait nous même. Bruit très important de moteur venant de la cuisine en bas. Dommage.

Forfærdeligt ophold. Har boet på hostels de sidste 2 år gennem jordomsrejser - Aldrig oplevet så dårligt.
Cons:

Karkelakker, 18 personers sovesal med snorken og druk konstant. Lyset bliver tændt i tide og utide og virksomheden har en helvedes masse skjulte omkostninger og gebyrer.

Best Value Hostel in Tulum
Pros:

the quietness.
the responsiveness of the staff, while not being on one's face when not needed.
the co-working space.
the option to buy discounted breakfast for guests.

Cons:

Some times the internet fails a little, but when that happens staff is responsive about fixing it.
some times there was no hot water, but the staff fixed it immediately.
