First of all, the hotell staff have been superb to us every time we stayed there.
The hotel is clean, safe and in a quiet location not so far from the city.

This is probably the most delightful review I’ve ever written for a hotel.
Our flight was delayed, causing us to arrive a day later than planned. Throughout the process, we stayed in touch with the hotel, and they were very understanding and accommodating.
From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and kindly carried our bags to our beautiful room.
We stayed for about a week, and everything was consistently excellent—the daily room cleaning was impeccable, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were even more impressive. Over the course of our stay at Baobab Hotel, we had the pleasure of getting to know them, which made the experience even more special.
If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be to provide guests with liquid soap and perhaps fix the toilet, as it was slightly unsteady.
All in all, this hotel is highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Rwanda.

The breakfast was ok, but there was little variation. Also they take their time to prepare, be aware it can take up to 45 minutes to make an omelet, pancakes, African coffee and fruit...
