Cons:

В номере было грязновато. Старые отпечатки на стене, дверь была просевшая и тяжело открывалась. Сначала не было горячей воды, пришлось ждать когда персонал решит проблему. Не было пульта от кондиционера, пришлось включать и выключать его рубильником

Đến mùng 5 Tết, Khách sạn sạch sẽ, có bộ ấm trà nhưng không có trà, không có bình siêu tốc, có lẽ dịp Tết nên khó khăn nhân sự giúp việc.Chấp nhận được.

Excellent Stay to break our Vietnam roadtrip.
Pros:

Amazing deal and the view was dope. And the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

only stayed 1 night, so don't have any complaints really.

Awful experience, rude staff
Cons:

The hotel arbitrarily raised price x2 from the booking upon arrival. For my booking they offered only no-window room in basement, despite the room I booked clearly had windows from both description and pictures.

The only staff member was underage kid (is it even legal to employ kids at such jobs unsupervised in Vietnam?) , who was very rude (laughing, shouting insults in Vietnamese and clearly appear to be annoyed by some pesky people who distract him from his phone or whatever he was doing) and clearly struggling with reservation system.

The location looks good on map but in fact road near hotel is under construction, as of 2023 it is a mess of gravel and sand. Far for city centre as well, even on bike it takes some times to reach cental locations.

It was very bad experience, Pleiku is a great city but this hotel is NOT.

the facilities are too old, have a cockroach in the toilet, it’s really terrible. The worst thing is that you have to pay Vnd 100,000 for a small face towel if you make it dirty. The way of the hotel manager solves the problem and reply to guests is bad too. Never come back again

Pros:

Marvelous view with mountains, sunrise, and sunset. The room is clean and nice. Staff are helpful even though they do not understand English. The location is 10 min away from the city. However, the cab is easily accessible. GRAB app is conveniently used in transport and food. Value for money.

Cons:

NOPE. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam.
