Одну ночь не было горячей воды, слив работает очень плохо, после душа весь пол в воде

Very Disappointing Stay
Disgustingly dirty rooms and terrible staff. Despite reporting, they did not clean the room.

Our stay at Harry 3 Hotel in Phu Quoc was very disappointing and stressful.
Upon check-in, we were forced to pay an extra fee for our 12-year-old child, even though our reservation on Booking.com clearly stated that the child stays for free. Despite paying this extra charge, the hotel did not provide basic amenities for our daughter — no bath towel and no complimentary water.
The cleanliness of the room was poor and did not meet acceptable standards.
Breakfast was another letdown. On the first morning, I was served cold coffee poured from a jug, and guests were allowed only one coffee. In the room, they provided only two packets of 3-in-1 coffee, which contain sugar — not everyone can or wants to consume sugar, and no alternatives were offered.
On our last day, we checked out early and could not use the breakfast we had already paid for. Despite this, a staff member insisted that we pay for four bottles of water from the minibar, even though there were only two bottles in the room when we checked in.
Additionally, during the night we were frequently woken up by loud door slamming. The doors could only be closed by force, which made it very noisy and disturbed our sleep.
Overall, this hotel did not respect its own booking conditions, lacked basic hospitality, and provided poor service. We would not recommend Harry 3 Hotel to other families.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel, mainly due to misleading accommodation descriptions and the hotel’s unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes.

We chose and booked this hotel specifically because the room description clearly stated that we would be staying in an apartment with a living room and a separate bedroom. In reality, we were given one single room only. When we raised this issue, the staff explained that because there was a sofa in the room, they considered it a “living room”. However, they were unable to explain where the separate bedroom, which was explicitly mentioned in the description, had gone.

The hotel staff refused to acknowledge that the description was inaccurate. They did not offer us an alternative room, claiming none were available, and they also refused to provide any form of price adjustment or compensation for the already paid accommodation. The only option they offered was that we could check out and leave for free. This was not a realistic solution for us, as we were traveling with a small child and all other hotels in the area were fully booked.

In addition to the accommodation issue, other hotel facilities do not match the promotional photos. For example, the hotel advertises a beautiful sky bar. While the sky bar physically exists, it is not operating at all, which makes the advertising highly misleading.

Overall, this hotel cannot be trusted to deliver what is promised in their descriptions. Even more concerning than the inaccuracies themselves was the complete lack of willingness to communicate, admit a mistake, or find a reasonable solution for their guests. We strongly advise future guests to be very cautious when booking this hotel and to double-check all details in advance.
