Pros:

The bed, room was comfortable. Second floor is nice less road noise on a busy day. The staff is super nice.

Clean, cozy and pleasant hotel
Pros:

Very clean! Very bright room on the second floor with windows on two sides. Responsive staff, ready to help. Cozy, beautiful. The room opens onto a veranda, there is a table and chairs there. You need to drive 4 minutes (2.5 kilometers) to the city center and the main shopping and museum street. But there is also an embankment nearby, along which you can walk, and several temples on it, it is 7-10 minutes walk.

Cons:

It takes 4-5 minutes to get to the center by car or motorbyke.

Super clean, comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

A beautifully clean and well kept place just two kilometres out of the city centre. Whilst it does not have Mekong River views, it is tranquil and relaxing with some of the most comfortable beds we have had in Thailand. It's on a main road, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room towards the back of the building; we did and it was great. There is always hot water available and coffee, tea and breakfast snacks in the morning. There are also free bikes available to use around town.

Cons:

The bikes were not in the best shape. Whilst I appreciate that they were free, I think it's also important to keep them in good working order. We are pretty fit and managed ok, but if you want to go longer distances definitely consider hiring better bikes elsewhere.

We were all pleasantly surprised when we arrived until we left because the hotel was so nice!
Pros:

We (5 of us) loved everything! It was super clean--like new, in fact--with immaculate flooring, great bathrooms and beds and a/c. It had WIFI and, in the morning we were treated to some tasty snacks and great coffee out on the spacious front deck.

Cons:

There was nothing that could be improved in my opinion
