Mr. Nu
Pros:

Mr. Nu, the concierge and receptionist was extremely helpful with getting a hotel room with balcony and view, how to get around, finding ATMs and general sightseeing information. He was so gracious in making sure my needs were met in the room.

Cons:

Just that I arrived very early on a long flight and had to wait for the room for hours. Mr. Nu still served me with fresh fruit and juice to revive me somewhat. He is an outstanding representative of this establishment.

Toller View aber leider wird einem Diebstahl unterstellt.
Pros:

Der View ist hervorragend. Es geht fast nicht besser. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben außerdem ein gratis Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Ausblick erhalten.

Cons:

Leider wurde uns beim Check-out Diebstahl unterstellt.
Während des Check-outs ist die Mitarbeiterin in Zimmer gegangen für einen Check. Ist theoretisch auch verständlich, um die Minibar zu prüfen.
Sie kam allerdings anschließend mit einem kleinen Handtuch zurück (fürs Gesicht) und meinte es wäre nur noch eins von zwei da. Wir mussten anschließend mit ihr ins Zimmer gehen und ihr das Handtuch, welches im Badezimmer lag zeigen.

Diese Erfahrung hat unseren Aufenthalt leider nicht sehr schön gemacht. Ich kann nachvollziehen, dass es zu einer Nachfrage kommt, wenn z.B der Föhn nicht mehr da ist oder eine Lampe weg sein sollte. Aber bei einem Mini Handtuch finde ich das unangebracht.

Pros:

I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The service was wonderful, and I definitely plan to return. The staff welcomes you with so much attention and care—it was truly amazing. They helped me with booking tuk-tuks and took care of everything else I needed. I recommend this place 100%, I absolutely loved it!

航空会社の都合で急遽、ラオス　ルアンパバーンからバンコクへの帰国が一日早まりました。以前より、夕方、夜のワットアルンを見るのが夢だったので、ワットアルンに近いホテルを探したところ、こちらのホテルを発見！。（ホテルの部屋から見える部屋はお高いので、歩いて見にいける距離で十分と思っていました。）直近だった為か格安で出ていた「眺望なし」の部屋を予約しました。
ホテルの部屋のドアを開けてびっくり！
思わず声がでました！部屋の窓から綺麗にワットアルンが見えるではないですか！？！
眺望無しと思っていたので、この景色に
びっくりと感動！！
バルコニーに少し障害物（近隣建物の柵？のようなもの）があるので、その為、「眺望無し」となっているのか、もしくはグレードアップしていただけたのかは不明です。（201号室）
私は障害物は全く気になりませんでした。
ライトアップから、明け方に照明が消えた景色、雷とワットアルンなど様々なワットアルンを観ることができました。これは

Pros:

- The staff are really friendly and thoughtful. The reception manager always goes out of her way to provide the absolute hospitality. Forget to ask her name, but only remember she has short hair =))
- The breakfast is included with Thai and Western options. I have scrambled eggs with Thai milk tea. Delicious breakfast combination for me.

Cons:

- No elevator for persons, but your luggage will be transferred to your room via a small elevator.
