Grei beliggenhet, men forbedringspotensial på flere områder
Pros:

Frokosten hadde dårlig kvalitet og dårlig utvalg. Beliggenheten var grei nok siden den var grensenær. Ble skuffet siden anmeldelsene på Google var såppas gode, men rommene var veldig små, og personale var ikke helt opptrent til å utøve god kundeservice (ikke nødvendigvis deres feil). Det var foreksempel vanskelig å etterspørre toalettpapir, ettersom at dette var noe de IKKE fylte på jevnlig med renholdet.

Helhetlig er det absolutt et greit hotell, med fine restaurant og bar muligheter nederst ved hotellet, men jeg hadde nok ikke bodd her igjen.

Pros:

朝食は現地・現金払いで追加可、のつもりでしたがなぜか無料で食べられました。ただし過去のレビューにある「複数メニューの中から前日に注文しておく」方式ではなく普通のビュッフェ式でした。

Cons:

一番安いシングルの部屋でしたからしょうがないんでしょうけど窓がなかった。部屋にいてすごいスコールが降った時も雨の音は聞こえるけど外を確認できない。

Pros:

The hotel is located near the border so it's very convenient. The hotel is quite new and clean.

Cons:

The room door is a bit flimsy and thin. I could hear people walking in and out next door as well as live music from the restaurant at night from the third floor.

Probably one of the nicest hotels in Mae Sai
Pros:

Firendly staff, good location in the busy area of town, vibrant bar downstairs, nice and clean facilities.

Cons:

Like others have mentioned, the rooms are a little noisy inside from street noise and bar below (on the first floor anyway). I wore noise canceling to sleep.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is a plus and the bed is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good but not too much of an option for vegetarians and non-spicy eaters.

Cons:

There were some tiny ants over the counter and bathroom. The hotel downstairs had a bar/restaurant with live performance and could be very loud till midnight or 2-3 in the morning. Window/view on the second floor facing the main street were about half blocked with the hotel logo sign.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Beds are also very comfortable, and location is a plus.

Cons:

Windows and walls are either very thin or not sound proof that it could be pretty loud from the bar downstairs till mid night or 2-3 in the morning. There are also small tiny ants in the room.

The location is excellent. Very close the the border with Myanmar.

The restaurant/bar downstairs has a good menu and a great vibe.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The room did not have a lot of natural light.

Operation of the TV was a bit complicated.
