It is a very good place cause it is near the central part of the city. From there you can easily get to many places like the Museum, the ferry port in only 5 minutes.
The AC did not work at times, or not properly. The room takes a while to cool.
The location was very suitable for the Dili Port and going to Atauro Island. Also close to resistance museum and presidential palace. It was clean and good price. They kindly minded our bags while we went to Atauro.
It was difficult to communicate with staff, but they were helpful

The TV wasn't operating

No windows
No communications at all from the hotel to notify me of the above before I arrived. These conditions were standard. We arrived 2 hrs after the indicated checking time and were asked to wait another 30 minutes as our rooms were not ready. Nothing was done to accommodate this delay - I expected at least a cold bottle of water as the lobby was very hot. No air-conditioning.
There are little fridge, universal sockets in room. No lift, but the rooms upstairs are bigger.
Stayed in 303 for 3 nights. The Wi-Fi router is just outside my door, so the signal and speed are good.
Big cockroaches crowding outside in the parking lot at night, but there is neither cockroach and ants in room.
The deposit is $10, which is returned upon check-out. However, if you check out too early in the morning, you need to confirm with the front desk in advance. However, even if you confirm in advance, there may not be anyone at the front desk. You can just go to the room inside the front desk and wake up the staff. There is also a person responsible for unlocking the external gate, and he sleeps on a bench outside.
By the way, to take the No. 9 and No. 10 microlets to the airport, walk about 100 meters north from the hotel and wait at the southwest corner of the intersection next to Peace Coffee. The No. 10 microlet goes west, and the No. 9 microlet goes south. The first No. 10 microlet starts at 5:00am. It takes about 15 mins to reach the roundabout south of the airport.

Clean, tidy, good wifi, large rooms, and friendly staff, all in a central location. I stayed here one night before deparing Dili and to be honest, I wish I had chosen to stay there earlier in my trip when I was in Dili for 3 nights. Would definitley stay again.
