Cons:

Hearing people in other rooms. There was gentlemen in the room next to mine that…mhm…having a special evening with a person. So please make the rooms sound proof for privacy.

シャワールームが水浸しになるが、場所は良く値段も手頃、結局、次も泊まりたい。

独立博物館、港やレストラン街は徒歩圏、部屋はとても広くて値段は手頃、ミクロレットの乗り場も近いです。若い従業員は笑顔で対応してくれる。

Cons:

備え付けられているはずのタオルがなく、受付に取りに行った。シャワールームの排水が詰まっており、シャワールームがすぐ水浸しになる。テレビが映らない。信号がないと表示されます。

Basic, dirty and in need of some love
Pros:

There honestly wasn’t much to like. If I had to highlight something, it was simply functional and centrally located.

Cons:

Timor-Leste is generally quite expensive, and although this hotel is on the more affordable end of the scale, it is very basic. The walls were noticeably dirty, the TV didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was virtually unusable. Unfortunately, the staff were also rather unfriendly, which added to the overall disappointment.

Good value for money.
Pros:

It is a very good place cause it is near the central part of the city. From there you can easily get to many places like the Museum, the ferry port in only 5 minutes.

Cons:

The AC did not work at times, or not properly. The room takes a while to cool.

Location, price and comfort.
Pros:

The location was very suitable for the Dili Port and going to Atauro Island. Also close to resistance museum and presidential palace. It was clean and good price. They kindly minded our bags while we went to Atauro.

Cons:

It was difficult to communicate with staff, but they were helpful

Poor communication
Pros:

Location - central and very convenient with shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance

Only accept cash on check-in
The TV wasn't operating
Aircon wasn't operating properly (hot)
No windows

No communications at all from the hotel to notify me of the above before I arrived. These conditions were standard. We arrived 2 hrs after the indicated checking time and were asked to wait another 30 minutes as our rooms were not ready. Nothing was done to accommodate this delay - I expected at least a cold bottle of water as the lobby was very hot. No air-conditioning.
