Pros:

We arrived late at night. The check in clerk was very friendly, but this property is not at all as the reviews or photographs indicate. It is probably still under construction. No elevator and stairs with shaking bannisters. It was dirty, toilet was shaky, fridge uncleaned. Terrace had cigarette butts and unswept. The only thing new was fresh coat of paint. We felt that it was really bad value for money and moved out the first thing in the morning to a much better hotel, also booked through Expedia. Expedia tried but was unable to get our money back unfortunately. We would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

The main entrance was not accessible, and we were not informed prior, we had to do a detour to get in the hotel, I was travelling with my elderly father.

Except for the above the experience was average .. 😀

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Toute L'équipe est très sympathique, accueillante commerçante. Ils m'ont donné plein d'informations pour mon séjour sur Istanbul restos, activités, astuces, sahine m'a même prêté une carte de transport pour me déplacer dans toute la ville. je n'avais plus qu'à crediter une somme d'argent dans des bornes prévues à cet effet. La literie est bonne. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue plutôt calme. En revanche, c'est un peu mal insonorisé. Mais bon. c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix..
Je recommande.

Despite this, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm attitude made the stay more pleasant overall.

Pros:

The staff were excellent. Always willing to help. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was great with never ending hot water. Very close to everything. Blue mosque is an 8 minute walk. Would stay again. Highly recommend
