Pros:

I stayed for 1 week and the service, location, food were amazing. Very good staff. I would be happy to come back. Very clean and tidy environment. Highly recommended from me, with full of love ❤️🌸

Luxury at a good price
Pros:

The room was spacious, a comfortable bed,clean , didn’t smell like smoke. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was an ironing board in the room, complimenting tea, coffee and water. Breakfast was amazing and came with a good view. Very close to Aksaray tram station. Easy to access wifi

Cons:

Check out was a bit unfriendly, they don’t ask if you used anything in the bar fridge. Instead they are quiet and call housekeeping and wait for them to confirm the room is fine. I understand why but this could be done in a more friendly manner.

Great location amazing service and cleanliness. I would stay again.
Pros:

The location was amazing, the hotel was extremely cleaned and well maintained. The reception and door staff were great and friendly. The breakfast was beautiful with a nice view

Cons:

The rooms have very little sound proofing, the cleaners although they were nice there was a lot of outside noise and they kept coming to clean very early in the morning knocking loudly and came back again when told no cleaning required. It was a language barrier however cleaners should not be coming before 8/9am when patrons are in their room sleeping unless there’s a sign asking for cleaning.

A fost o experiență plăcută si benefică.
Pros:

Patul confortabil, personalul amabil, zâmbitor si orientat către nevoile clienților, micul dejun variat.

Cons:

Pozitionarea camerei(prea galagioasa), serviciile de spa neclare, personalul de la masaj nu se ridica la standardele unui hotel de patru stele.
