Отель оправдывает свои 4 звезды)))
Pros:

Долго выбирала отель в этом районе и остановилась на этом отеле! Все на высшем уровне и это приятно. Номер просторный, но вот шкаф маленький, узкий, только вешалки и нет полок. На даты нашего проживания пришлось 18 летие моего сына и тут отель просто удивил! Для меня это была неожиданность, как и для ребенка... Сначала нас посадили на завтрак в место где была растяжка с днем рождения на русском языке и стена украшена шариками))) Потом в зале потушили свет и внесли торт, да самый настоящий торт, а не кусочек торта, со свечами под песню на русском языке "С днем рожденья тебя!!!" Это так трогательно, что я прослезилась, а ребенок был счастлив, т.к. они с самого утра сделали нам прекрасный день! Еще принесли по коктейлю безалкогольного. Спасибо большое команде отеля и ресторана вы супер! И к слово о завтраках... Они действительно разнообразные и вкусные, как здесь уже писали в отзывах. Персонал ресторана, как пчелки, все время в движении и всегда рады помочь! Ни на миг не пожалела, что выбрала этот отель. Да, еще при отлете есть спа-зона, где сауна и комната хамам бесплатные, советую посетить. Есть платные услуги, но у нас времени было только забежать вечером в хамам или сауну на 15-20 минут прогреться, т.к. попали в дождливую погоду))) Работают до 23 часов, что тоже очень приятно!

Cons:

Видела уже в отзывах, но не придала значение, т.к. люди разные и восприятие может отличаться, но... Действительно очень плохая звукоизоляция! Слышно соседей, так отчетливо, как будто они стоят рядом, особенно это ночью не приятно((( Слышно как включают и спускают воду в соседнем номере((( Мы жили на 0 этаже, это как наш 2 этаж и хорошо, что улица тихая и не особо проездная, а так и с улицы шум тоже слышно при закрытых окнах! Это для тех пишу, кто очень чувствителен к этому... Просто запаситесь берушами))) Снижать оценку за это не буду, т.к. отель великолепный и это не их вина, хотя что то с этим надо делать!

Luxury at a good price
Pros:

The room was spacious, a comfortable bed,clean , didn’t smell like smoke. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was an ironing board in the room, complimenting tea, coffee and water. Breakfast was amazing and came with a good view. Very close to Aksaray tram station. Easy to access wifi

Cons:

Check out was a bit unfriendly, they don’t ask if you used anything in the bar fridge. Instead they are quiet and call housekeeping and wait for them to confirm the room is fine. I understand why but this could be done in a more friendly manner.
