The hotel is in a good location within the city and not far from many of the local landmarks you’ll want to go and visit, usually a short walk or taxi ride away. The staff are friendly and helpful. The noise level is fairly low considering how close the hotel is to some very busy areas and roads. The AC in my room was very good. There is a fridge, kettle and the usual amenities you’d expect.
The mattress in my room was brutally hard and quite uncomfortable, I think the support was broken as well because the mattress seems to be a bit un-level and lumpy. This was in room 702, it may be time to repair the bed and get a new mattress.

Good location, friendly staff
Room was not how it looked on photos.
Staff was extra nice, very helpful and friendly.
No desk in my room
I loved the staff at the hotel he helped us to move our lugagges from lobby to room and back to taxi. He was very polite and humble. He guided us to roam the city tour and gave all the required information.
Can improve the room cleanliness
We did like the location near to the city center.
Bad they promised a room with a bathroom and we did not have..the pictures show good quality but our room was not that clean, moisture on the roof, the bathroom losing water everywhere...we found a lizard and ants in the bathroom. The frigo was not working .
Not a very nice room. Next to reception desk and window with no natural light
I had booked a superior queen room but was offered a room on the 7th floor (701) with the walls in unpainted condition.
The other room offered was on the ground floor. When I declined the ground floor unit. I was given room 602 which I had to pay additional. 250k dong and taken as an upgrade. Both rooms were estimated not more then 150 sq ft in total. The TV in 602 was not working at all and is no larger then 24 ".
Both rooms are definitely unlike in this photo in term of size, and facilities and comfort.
The lady that received me is very friendly, everything was ready and clear for my arrival. Quiet location
