Pros:

La estancia súper bien. El hotel súper limpio y la ubicación no puede ser mejor. El personal súper amable. Bayram, Yasmin y Erturan muy profesionales y amables.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was very close to Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar, which made sightseeing very convenient.
The tram line nearby was also very helpful for getting to other parts of the city easily.
The breakfast was very good and we really appreciated the attention and friendliness of Ms. Aynura, Mr. Yasin, and Mr. Sezgin.
The room size was good, and it also had a balcony, which we liked.
The cleanliness was generally good/acceptable.

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet were separated from the room only by glass, which felt a bit uncomfortable and lacked privacy.
Even though water was supposed to be free, there were days when no water was left in the room.
Although we were two adults and one baby, the room had an extra single bed that we didn’t need, which took up unnecessary space.

We were there in january and it was a very pleasant stay.They menaged to make us an early check in.Everything was nice and the location was perfect.

Overall not bad. Good for the family.
Pros:

Central location. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready though it was 15.30 and the check-in time is 14.00. No explanation given, just asked to wait, it took another 40 minutes to prepare the rooms. While to check out we were asked to leave immediately 2 minutes before noon with the schedules check-out time at booking.com at 12.30. On our request why is that-no explanation again.
