The air conditioning is a bit weak but it works.

The staff were amazing, so kind and very understanding about me.needing to change rooms for one with a window. Super helpful and extremely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The homestay is very clean and nicely decorated and the adjoining tea room is a fantastic bonus...great coffee, juices, smoothies, etc...and a jungle of beautiful plants, an oasis.
All good, in a quiet area but a little too far from the lovely beach, restaurants, etc...only 17k dong for a Grab bike to the sea so not too much of a problem!

Held my passport. Staff lived in the reception area that was adjacent to my room. Felt uncomfortable. Staff spoke no English.

Excellent homestay with excellent location located at the city center and close to the beach ,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,we recommend this homestay to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again

location cleanliness and Alice Coffee Shop and friendly daughter at check-in - the owner was super nice to drive us at 6.30am by bike to the train station - 2 girls plus 2 bag packs thank you !!
a bit noisy on the street
The staff is awesome and very nice. Nice security guards and management is great.
Very clean the beds are comfy and I will come back when in Tuy Hoa.
There's a café shop next of the hotel and sometimes can be noisy for some people I didn't mind it though it added to the ambience..l
