the staff was not too friendly and the rooms are too noisy you can listen everything from everyone

It's honestly a pretty decent place and great value.
Pros:

The room looked as advertised and there are scooter rentals on the property for a reasonable rate.
The room was also quite clean and it's actually fairly close to couple restaurants and a gym.
